When the one six campaign fell through Cody sent me a pair of the heather Grey to compensate.
Sweatpants like or wool flannel trouser. Me and my gf sat and looked at them and realized they were a weird pair of pants to pair with anything. I sold them on the G forum.

I just need some options to wear with my indigo workshirts and such. Maybe I'll hold out for something a little darker or some less streaky Browns...

Any thoughts on the Okayama greyxgrey? I have a pair of N&F artic grey and they are in the exact same fabric as G gxg. I paid $60 for it. Honestly,I like the weight and feel of the fabric but the color is a bit light. I am pretty sure fade is totally out of the question but should be good as summer jeans with sneakers.

How can you be sure it's the same fabric?

How can you be sure it's the same fabric? Japan, same color, same weft, same weight, same ID.

Oh well, I impulsively backed it. It sounds pretty nice according to your description. I don't have any gray jeans, so I thought I might as well take the plunge on my first pair of Gustins.

If you don't have any gray jeans, I may go for a darker pair. Check out the Nordstom picture of the N&F and the color is very light and your shoes choice to match the color is rather limited. I tried mine and I only like them with my white and black color shoes.

I'll make it work somehow Looks like I got the last pair, as they disappeared after I ordered it.

Stock store seems to have disappeared on me, again.

If you're looking for a pair of grey jeans that don't look like jeans then they should work for you. If your'e looking for a pair of grey jeans that still retain a denim look though then I wouldn't go for these. I would go for a grey jean with a white weft and contrast stitching like the Charcoals or Slates. I guess it's too late though at this point unless you cancel.

I love the colors on the Okie GxG. I just wish the warp and weft were reversed. Medium charcoal grey warp, light grey weft, and light grey, not quite contrast not quite tonal stitching. Yes, please!

Isn't that the color of the Japan Graphite? I think it's a cool fabric and I'm glad I have it. I have a little bit of trouble working it into the rotation as they are so unique as far as look and texture (denim that looks like wool sweatpants?!). I think they are a pair that I would recommend hemming -- they look absolutely wrong stacked -- to keep them as far away from looking like sweatpants as possible, unless that's the look you're going for. Some darker grey contrast stitching would be great on them, but Gustin is, and if the last year is any indication, always will be, very conservative with thread choices. But hey, I'm the guy that wants those PBJs with the cobalt thread, and have accepted that if I want something like that, Gustin isn't the place I'm gonna get it.

Hoping that G drops the two other flannels that were posted on IG a few weeks back. The two they have dropped so far of those four are my least favorite.
Still being uber tempted by that damn Postal HB WS! Thanks for all of the input and feedback on that btw guys. I know that everyone seems to love the Postal HB but does anyone feel it's a tad too stripy in person? it seems to be a subltle HB/stripy pattern but just curious how it looks in real life and if anyone feels its too much.

Heavy Americans (got a pair), Midnight Plaid Shirt (got one), the red/white/blue tartan shirt (meh), and an Army Green Canvas Chore Coat (not bad, just not fan of the chore coat design)... Some staple items, some meh. The Heavies at $81 is nice, though.

I'm thinking of updating my wallet to that Gustin CXL. Not sure about construction. Does anyone have any G wallets? Do they hold up well? My wallets tend to fall apart within 2-3 years.
