So am I the only one who ordered the new shirts? I'm curious if anyone else is 100 percent unable to buy their shirts anymore due to the sizing. I'd imagine this decision will be reversed as they are extremely tight on me. I can't see how anyone could fit into the new sizes unless they size up. I have bought probably 10 shirts from them and now I'm looking for a new place but nothing fit me as good as the classics in medium =(

I can no longer wear their shirts and must buy elsewhere. I have like 8 of them and would buy more, despite the alignment, because they fit. I mentioned to them that their chests were tight(ish) before, but that this put them out of reach for me to wear. For reference, I 'was' as XXLT with G.

Two things:
1) Those pocket henleys are one of the ugliest thinks I've ever seen. Just stop.
2) Buy shirts from Ratio. Their oxford is like $25 more and you get a custom fit MiUSA. I have $50 referral gift cards if anyone needs one.

I gave in on the black watch twill they ran last week. The old classic fit always billowed around my midsection, so hoping they nipped that area without squeezing the chest. Fingers crossed.
Does anyone still have a ratio referral lying around? Curious how they measure up with a 42 from TS, which generally fits me spot on for being off the rack.

I think I have my first new shirt in the postoffice and will go get it later today.
I had to size up on the old ones to XL but had to warm-dry them to almost fit so im hoping these new ones wil fit without shrink-ectomy.

People! Being upset that a Gustin shirt doesn't fit you is like Christmas in January. Go spend your money on good shirts for once.

Honestly man, the new sized shirts were incredibly tight on my belly and my chest. It looks TERRIBLE. I can only guess Josh Gustin is 5'10 and 150 pounds somehow. Like all he eats is grass and drinks water all day. I would bet $100 that the shirt does not fit you. That's how bad the new sizing is. I went from Classic Medium fit which was a little tight on my chest but not too bad, to the new rugged fit medium which was tight from my waist to my neck, yet the arms were the same. I bought two different ones as well and both were the same, so it wasn't a sizing issue, this is just their new sizing specifically designed to tank their entire business. I suspect only people buying shirts now will be new buyers who don't realize. Anyone who was buying shirts is now OUT.

I will try them next but I liked Gustin's shirts so much =( I honestly think they will have an email sent out soon "We hear you loud and clear and are now bringing back the old style shirts!!" Why they adjusted the CHEST is insane. That is the one thing they should have increased in size. wtf?

So.
Before: Large too small on me. I bought XL and they were clown-like too big so always washed and tumled warm to shrink.
Now: Fits me good in chest. Is too long and cant shrink since its not too big. Fit is wierd. Looks ok tucked, looks laughable untucked. The collar is like....higher...like a collar stand on a flight jacket. Fit is wierd.

Chest was fine. They needed to taper the stomach slightly and fix the hem. Done.

I really want to keep supporting them because looking at Ratio I don't even like most of their styles. They are more dress shirts and gustin is more rugged looking in my opinion. I like that Gustin started it's own thing and they have always been cool to me in emails. Might try Taylor Stich next but shit's expensive there.

Ratio can make a sufficiently rugged shirt if you tailor the options. They have a few nicer flannel type things, but no denim.

Yeah, that's the key to Ratio. You can make any material a double pocket, unfused collar to your measurements. You're not stuck with poor fit or awful alignment. Be free!

I sort of suspect they have more, but their web developer would rather keep eating edibles than post available fabrics. Sessions will clear this right up, its 4:21 now, bishes!

Oh yeah I forgot. The new pocket looks redicilous and offcourse many areas are bad aligned. The front is actually ok but back against yoke and also collar is no good.

Ok, with Cone closing, I'm tempted to pick up one last pair of Cone from Gustin. Anyone have opinions on the merits (or demerits) of the Pima Summer vs. the Heavy American? I already have a heavy Japan at 17 oz and OK Standards, plus I live in SoCal, so I'm tempted to pick up the Pima Summer before it closes today.

Theres nothing wrong with them per se, they're lightweight which I was looking for, just too drapey for my tastes.

It sounds like a good concept for the summer, but they feel strange. I still wear mine when it is really hot and humid, but I wouldn't get them again.
