@ambassador please email me or send me a private message on here with your contact info so I know who you are. I look out for any of your messages sent you a private message I got your message. You must be responding to the owner Romans email. Try sending your emails to the info@lawlessdenim.com or to mine. I am sure you can understand Roman being the owner has so much on his plate even though he answers people pretty fast considering he is the owner, designer and anything else you can imagine. I found one email (Sept 2oth which was answered Sept 20th) in all the contact areas people can send to. That leads me to believe you are trying to get answers every day from an owner and designer of a brand like someone would when they call a customer service line for a major company like the Gap. I would say we likely get back to people faster than even the larger brands out there. You asked for a response yesterday which you said we responded to the same day and then today you say we havent responded to you again...thats asking for same day which if I am right you just got. Please allow us atleast a day to get back and if its Sunday like it is today, understand we are even responding today. I work 7 days a week and never ever do I ignore anyone

You must be responding to the owner Romans email. ---- exactly, that's why I'm apply to him, not to you I am sure you can understand Roman being the owner has so much on his plate even though he answers people pretty fast considering he is the owner, designer and anything else you can imagine. - Sure thing, looks like you don't read my message entirely.

I send e-mail at November 6th. I'm already said you that simply answers like: I got you, wait you answer at ..., reach out you later is enough.

And btw why you answering on private message publicly?*** Keep it civil - or it goes away. First, only and last warning.

off topic but ambassador <edited> It's crazy, 2 people are responding direct to you and it is not enough. Imagine if every customer was like you : i quit, for sure...
and btw : do you know these words : THANK YOU ? do you?
Guys, please keep it civil. I've PM'd those that need to reel it in.

Great input thank you. I really like these ideas. We will make this change. Thank you, btw will be great to see some answer to my e-mails. We gladly answer everyones questions and Roman does what I do but also much much more . I do understand @ambassador wants his questions answered as I believe they should but to not give us a day and then to call out Roman by saying you want to begin seeing answers to your emails after roman said you have great input (even though I sense an undertone with what you say) is not really fair. I will continue to take care of you as best I can but please respect how we all treat one another in here. Trust me if anyone smells bull&^%$ everyone will call out the culprit. I like to think you mean well and even think the undertone I sense may be just the language differences (I think) Let me just say what I do in and around the forums may be considered work for Lawless BUT its just me getting a chance to talk to a bunch of guys that think like I do and dig the things i dig.

Let's have a little understanding for a group of guys starting out on a huge endeavor and have been here trying to interact and answer questions non-stop.
Use email for personal issues on orders. This is not the place to argue or call out or point fingers if your request for info is not up to your liking. I for one appreciate seeing vendors here and would like to keep it that way.
Everyone needs to be respectful to keep it fun. Please.

Firefox is complaining about the security certificate on the account login page for ra-denim.com From FF: However, Chrome has no issue with the certificate. I don't roll Internet Exploiter if I can help it, but I checked with IE11 and it had no problem with the site either. It looks like for complete compatibility with Firefox, extra steps are required, I found this: knowledge.geotrust.com/support/knowledge-base/index?page=content&id=AR1422Don't know if anyone else has seen this. Storing an exception is probably safe since the other browsers show the cert chain correctly. Hope this helps.

I have alerted Roman to the potential issue.

He updated something I know nothing about but it should fix the issues some are having

There are certificates that are more compatibel with a wider range of browsers, but they are more expensive. Many sites gets the cheapest one and then trouble can happen.
Edit. Geotrust is a wideknown premium product now own by symantec who is one of the biggest security companies in the world so im not talking about your site.

Basically we can make this as heavy as we want but need to keep the cost down to ensure our price point. We figured 12-15oz would do it
