Ok here is the deal. We pick a jean & build it to our liking. Anyone that wants to take part in this will message here so we can make a list of who will take part in this really cool tour. Basically The jean will be worn by 1 person for 1 full month. During that month you will need to document what you have done in the jeans by posting a few photo's here for everyone to enjoy. After your month you will sign the inside of the jeans with a marker that wont go through to the other side & send them on their way to the next participant (unwashed unless you have a absolute mistake in em like bodily fluids. We will try to keep them without water for a minimum of 6 months & then wash em as needed or leave em be if you feel no wash is needed. They will become faded & aged beautifully based on all the different wearers. We can choose sizes that will be good for different waist sizes with some having a better fit when worn & some maybe tight or big. I took part in a world tour & it was cool to be part of & watch the jeans become something totally unique to the amount of people who climbed mountains, rode bikes, delivered their 1st child..whatever happens will make these great. At the end we will send them to Lawless to be hung up in the store as the 1st Lawless World Tour jeans. I will come up with more specifics later on but look out for updates here.
We will try to keep this around 15 to 24 people with it lasting no more than 2 years. I think 18 months would be good or 18 participants.
The person who finishes their month will pay to ship the jeans to the next participant so there is some investment involved but well worth it in the end . We will keep the jeans in one part of the world until all participating have completed their month & then begin sending them to another part of the world to keep the time in between participants to a minimum. So U.S will keep em for awhile & then ship em over seas for all the participants there.
Anyone have any ideas to be added?

I think I'd be interested in this. Not sure what the timing is, but I'm traveling to France for two weeks in December (from Colorado), if it lined up by then.

there might be some sizing issues ... if you guys can arrange with 36 or 37, I could accomodate the trousers a stay in Switzerland (would prefer 2 weeks to one month, which would just fit the deliberate use of neutrality, ...)

Stating the obvious here, but this seems like a lot of other guy's junk in a pair of jeans that must be warn for an entire month without washing.

The concerns about hygiene and sizing may be a bit too much to overcome. Fun idea and all, but I reckon you'd have better luck making it work with a jacket or a shirt. Rather than going for a crowdsourced SICK FADEZ thing, maybe just encourage all the participants to put the thing on, head out to a local landmark and/or some other interesting spot, and snap a selfie or a photo of the jacket/shirt out in the wild. You could have a light-colored canvas patch sewn on the inside somewhere and everyone could sign it before sending it on to the next person. Could do something similar with a set of the leather coasters. Ping a couple coasters around and have everyone take a shot of them while out at the local watering hole or enjoying a bottle of the local beer, wine, spirits, etc.

I think it's certainly a creative idea that sounds fun and would keep me interested in its progress as it travels the globe.. I think it'd be more palatable if they were passed on washed or treated in some way. Aren't there any specialty denim washes that might sponsor this journey?

I'm not too keen on mingling with other guys excretions either, but there certainly is some kind of (non agressive) desinfectant or sanitizing aerosol around, which I would spray on the inside of the trousers (then air them properly) prior to wearing them ....

... unless of course the pants would have been sent to me by Keira Knightly or Eva Mendes .... but then I'd probably be in difficulty even using them as arm sleeves or toe warmers ....
