Thoughts on these? My heaviest denim is a 17oz, do these heavier weight command an extra .5-1 inch in the waist, or just on your belt?

Thoughts on these? My heaviest denim is a 17oz, do these heavier weight command an extra .5-1 inch in the waist, or just on your belt? What kind of fit are you looking for? If it's me, and I'm going out on a wild guess here, but I would go true to size or about a half to one inch down in the waist. PBJ normally uses a looser weave that will stretch. Heavier denim and measurements compared to lighter weight pairs can be interesting. A pair that measures bigger than a lighter weight pair may end up being tighter when worn. Again, this is a guess in regards to the PBJ fabric. Hopefully someone else can be of better help.

Thanks, I'm sort of between sizes according to the onewash. Harts on OD and BIG. Maybe I'll wait until BoW carries them and lists a shrink test as I find them to be the most accurate.

I prefer one wash anymore, but yes any retailer should be able to give you pretty accurate tips. Ask for a pair measured for you as well, there is enough variance between pairs to get a nice fit dialed in.
