I'd also say that it seems like you are looking for a reason to me upset with your ex, and your kiddo picking up a dried poop nugget isn't it. She (or he, whatever the case may be) cannot possibly monitor every single movement your son makes.
If your ex drained your bank account, ran up your credit cards, put corn syrup in your gas tank, burned your house down, etc., those would be valid reasons to be pissed off.

With that said, my ex and I are in a better place now than we were a year ago and we're usually pretty respectful of each other.

so my son has gotten into the habit of collecting rocks for some reason. I don't know if this is typical of children his age but whatever. My ex brought him to my place the other day and my son's coat pockets are bulging with rocks. He was really excited to show me the rocks he got from the nature reserve his mom took him to, so I obliged. We get inside and he starts taking them out one by one and lo and behold, amongst the pile of rocks was a dried out blackened piece of dog sh*t that he mistook for a rock. I freaked out and told him it was poop. It's bad enough that he had his hands on a piece of crap but that my ex failed to monitor what he was picking up off the ground and managed to let a turd slip past the goal keeper. Any of you experience stuff like this? I had my boy wash the hell out of his hands and use sanitizer after this experience. S**t happens. I would say after raising 3 kids to adulthood, there are worse things out there. Way better a dried dog turn, than a used hypodermic needle, etc.

Today's rant: if you're this a-hole one parking spot won't suffice I've got one way better than this. I had gone up skiing late season one year, and it was mid-week, and virtually nobody was up on the hill that day when I arrived. I parked in a ski lot all by myself, and when I finished skiing, and got back to my rig, there were literally 4 other cars in the lot, besides mine, and they freaking had my boxed in, although there was a few acres of parking. I really couldn't fathom how stupid these people were, as it was a WTF moment. I chalked it up to them being used to parking in close proximity to other cars during very busy days, but this certainly was not the case. I was fortunate to be driving my old Jeep Wagoneer, as I just put my bumper on the car in front, and pushed it forward to make room. Didn't damage it, as it slid pretty easy on the snow

Hey Apple, nice case design. My 34" tall mini human dropped my iPhone 7+ from what I assume is about 17" and it fell on the part of the case that isn't there for speaker and cable ports, breaking the screen. Great design! Already ordered an Otterbox, which unsurprisingly has full coverage. Glad I have AppleCare Plus.

I can't tell you how many times I have dropped my $20 dumbphone. But I have my eyes on a ruggedized $40 one that is water resistant to boot! I have run herd on the short person at home many times when he has had his mothers in his hand. It's just matter of time till that happens at my house.

Not Otterbox thick and they have enough of an edge to protect the screen (from a direct shot). There's a reason they aren't cheap - they work well. I've had one on my 5, 6 and now 7. Each time I gladly demonstrate the value by tossing my phone around (in part to watch people cringe at that moment, also hoping and praying that's not the moment I made a poor choice), and I've never had an issue other than the case doing it's job. I throw my phone around from 70" up, I would think it could survive the wrath of a 34" human.

I know i'm an a-hole for saying this but I find it incredibly annoying when coworkers bring their children in to work with them and let them have free reign of the place.

a dog would actually be preferable but I don't own one and i'm sure if I did, someone would have some sort of allergy.
I guess my aversion with kids in the workplace is that it tends to be disruptive, especially when that child is roaming around trying to talk to people while others are working and when his dad is yelling at him. I have another coworker that brought her son yesterday and he sat quietly at her desk the whole time. It's teacher conferences this week so I understand the need for daycare when school is out, but in my case i'm simply taking the day off to care for my child rather than bringing him to work. jeez, I'm such a crotchety old bastard

The Otterbox warranty cover the Otterbox, NOT the phone/tablet. We issue iPads to the pilots here to use in lieu of carrying 20-30lbs of paperback publications on every flight... All with Otterboxes. It only took 1 breaking and us trying to get some money from Otterbox to find that out.

Ha, yeah, I did notice that. But it works great, I've dropped the replacement countless times now and it's survived, something the crappy Apple case wouldn't have helped a lick with.

or maybe that's why the window is broken in the first place??? I suspect this may have happened to me one time years ago when I lived in a place where I parked on the street. Side window broken, nothing disturbed.

I've been browsing Denimio and OD's sites recently and am amazed they're able to run a business. They seem to never have stock of anything, ever, and it's frustrating. I'm speculating here but my guess is their business model is aimed at Westerners, specifically, those of us in the US, Canada, England, etc., and so their larger sizes are always gone and they don't restock sizes. What's the point of advertising something for sale if you don't have it?

I unsubed OD awhile back because nothing fit me and I was really only following for PBJ jeans, but with the price increase............

yeah, i've completely lost interest in PBJ, but only because their jeans have the weirdest cuts. I think OD has started carrying PBJ again but with the new price increases.
I was mainly looking at some of Momotaro's shirts. There's that indigo crossgrain shirt (being sold at BOW) but they also have a military shirt I like in indigo and khaki. But, I don't trust Denimio's or OD's fit guide at all when comparing them to BOW's fit guide. Normally I find most of Momotaro's offerings pretty atrocious, especially when they put those fugly battle stripes on everything, but their non-battle stripe shirts look pretty good. I'm basically still looking for lighter weight casual shirting options
