It's actually a very generous fit. Tight isn't even a word I would remotely consider when describing the fit. I can measure it tomorrow if you'd like. (It's nearly midnight, and I'm writing this on my phone from the comfort of my bed)

I don't have the exact data, but a short answer: absolutely. Hot/warm wash or machine dry WILL shirk it
