Does the lady in your life want to give raw denim a try? I did, but my first try didn't quite fit. I'm hoping to find someone that they will work well for!
These are Tellason's original Bird, size 30. I typically wear a 29 or 30 in jeans (not raw denim), but found that a 31 would have been a better fit for me in this style. They are beautiful jeans, and a really cool fit when you can find the right size. They are very snug in the upper thigh/hip area (which you can see on the model) -- this was my issue, and why I would advise sizing up. If 30 is a size or two larger than what you typically wear in jeans, these will probably work out very well for you!
These have never been worn beyond the initial failed try-on. The waist on the jeans (not true waist) measures 33", the inseam is 32", and the measurement across the upper thigh is about 10.5". Originally $220 -- I bought them on clearance for $70, asking $50. Can't get this fit anymore!
