Zipper?! They're not that heavy, what gives? These are very rigid vs their flagship 21 selvedge--maybe that was the thought process? my newb self probably didn't even notice they even had a Zipper when I bought 'em |

yeah that's what the Z designates on the model number. I'm really not sure why they did the zipper either other than to just make a pair with a zipper.
