i've been trying to figure out new and interesting ways to thwart one of my dog's seasonal allergies before she is just a walking scab. and deciding which car wash/clay/wax products i wanted to pick up. i only used einszett products for well over a decade, and with the new car will go a different route. @david I recently picked up a new vehicle myself. I went with Meguiars products for the most but have not picked up any clay/wax products yet as I'm still trying to decide what brand I want. I've never used einszett products. I'm open to any suggestions you might have. Also looking for suggestions on any leather interior cleaning/conditioning products. I'm using a Meguiars leather cleaner/conditioner now but again, I'm open to any suggestions/recommendations. ickes , i've used meguiars gold class wash in the past. it did it's job, but the einszett wash seemed to be a bit 'slicker' and eat through gunk (bugs and splattered tar bits) a bit more easily. like i said, i used that almost exclusively for 10+ years. looking forward to seeing how these new products fare. i nearly picked up some meguiars nxt because it's so readily available and apparently silly easy to work with...but opted for the blackfire sealant mentioned above. i'll probably still order a bottle of einszett cockpit premium for interior cleaning...unless this 303 product is amazing.

This thread made me feel like a loser for wasting so much time, so I finished my db design as a result. Thanks for ruining a perfectly good day, people.

And I just read read @david and @bentins posts above. Guess I should read through the whole thread before I post. That's no fun, never pre read, it makes for more interesting threads.

Thanks @david. Just checked out some of the einszett products, looks good. Might give them a shot. Anybody try the Adams line? adamspolishes.com/

Optimum No Rinse is my go to wash. Menzerna polishes and Optimum Opti Coat for a sealant. nice. one of my goals is to keep it pretty basic, but i imagine i'll try a few products out. for this go-round i just picked up some duragloss 901 wash, a nanoskin mitt (which will never be used for actual washing, only a clay sub), and blackfire wet diamond sealant. probably won't look to pick up a polish product for a while. going to try some 303 for the plastics/vinyl trims in and out. any recc's for leather...would prefer 1 product if possible rather than a cleaner/conditioner combos 303 is good stuff, their cleaner is good too if your dog has muddy feet, or is just a dog. It's water based though so it's a bit weak for tires, if you don't wash weekly. I love Blackfire Wet Diamond, even though it smells naff. Great annual coating, especially if topped with something like Dodo Juice wax. For automotive leather, I just use 303. If you happen to have something with semi-aniline leather, then you need a two stage like Leatherique, but most cars have fully treated leather and gasoline or napalm would suffice.

I'm partial to Menzerna, but frequently use CG too, they dust a little less and are a little less DNA straightening. I'm still working on remembering to wear gloves when handling any of this stuff.

Lexol is pretty worthless for good leather but seems to work well on car seats. If you can find the 1Z leather care, it's pretty good for an all in one but it's been hard to find over here recently.

Maybe this is what we need, one thread with all our mumble jumble. Like the good old G Forum. I'd Walk away for a few hours and the site would blow up with post.

Cultivar does a good job, but you're in the 2nd City, right? Get ye to Intelligentsia. They're part of a big group now that also owns Mighty Leaf tea, so their chai isn't as good as it used to be, but they're still one of the best.

I should have five or six packages coming in this week and the G western thereafter whenever those ship. I'm sure I'll be blasting you all with terrible iPhone pics soon. Otherwise, lots of outdoor stuff now that the weather is turning nice up here in the PNW. Here, I'll post a pic from the top of Saint Helens last Sunday. It had two feet of fresh snow drop a week before but on this day, at 9am, it was already over 80F degrees.

day off today. Ended up getting three Kaws x uniqlo shirts. Chatted it up with a cute Milf at Disney store about vinylmations. I'm a big street/urban art lover. I think I'll start a thread on that stuff. Hoping my warriors have a game 7 so I can sell to all those rich tech people, so I could add to my wedding ring fund. Plus get a new knife. I can post my sneaker collection for you bentin if u want to look at pics haha or you can help me find or piece together a cx bike

Lynskeys are usually on sale somewhere too. Don't pass on a Rock Lobster if you can handle the wait. Love my DeSalvos, but would also like an RL or a Richard Sachs at some point.
