123 was definitely a sleeper... After about 3-4 wash and dry cycles, it's got LOTS of fading. Not high contrast, but definitely fading

 Slummin' it around the house with Gustin Beasts/Bitches (I find them to be super comfortable), Gustin garment-washed t-shirt, ancient J.Crew Merino Cardigan, unnamed 's 4C Baby Alpaca Watch Cap in Indigo Color (not indigo-dyed, mind you), @stevekas ' Marshdown Heavy Leather Belt in Natural (making a barely-there cameo haha), and bare feet in natural human leather. EDIT: Post made to pimp the wonderful goods of our members, as I am usually not a WAYWT guy haha. Why look. It's me in a cardigan this past December. Man, I love @stevekas' belt and unnamed's watch cap. |

It's doubly hard to avoid now that I've finally figured out that Seikos are made in Japan and I have access to a seemingly endless supply of them for non-import price

@untucked - it's a rabbit hole. Watches are an odd ball thing. Keeping time is easy I mean our cell phones do it with atomic accuracy. Something about the intrinsic details that go into handcrafting a mechanical watch mean a lot to me. Carefully crafting a machine to calculate our passing time. jray - thanks! exophobe - honestly you need to really look at them. Concentrate on the color more than the visual texture. Gustin chinos have been a huge hit with me along with T's. By far, the most unique shirt I've ever owned. Shirt: Iron Heart Pants: Bonobos Boots: Alden Watch: Orient I'm having a little bit of trouble pairing the Gustin waffles in an office environment, but I love it in a casual setting, and it'll be more warm weather friendly than the heavy twill indigo double cloth shirt from the manufacturer that shall not be named (should we just start referring to these as indigogene?) that's become a daily staple. |
