Proportions is the name of the game. Taller guys pull it off fine. 7.5" cuff with a 30-32" inseam maybe cannot pull it off as well as the guy that is 6'4" with his full 36" inseam Tall guy with long legs can pull off pretty much all styles..... just ask Old26. Boo!! |

I like IH because of the fabrics they come up with, and the cut of their shirts really work better for me than anything else I've found, which in turn translates into a great looking garment, at least to me. I'm also old, and crotchety enough to not care what someone else thinks about my gear, which I think works to my advantage. |

Agreed. Nothing looks worst than a wide hemmed pant swallowing up your sneakers. Large hems are better saved for bulky shoes or boots. |

These 716's are great, guys. I don't have many other "good" chinos to compare them to, but I know these are legit. They lack the fancy schmancy details of the Gustin chinos (Which I like, btw), but these are pure, simple, GOODNESS. At this price, I'm in on whatever other colors come along in this cut and fabric.
Speaking of which, the fabric is soft, light and airy... Barely thicker than the 123 that I'm wearing. You can see down at the cuffs that they are already slightly "drapey". Can wait to see how these are after the first wash and dry.
