Is the Gustin HS work shirt growing on you, @wils? Looks like a pretty good fit, actually!

The Gustin WS needs darts and I think it will be fine.... However, when you compare to this one.... both the fit and fabric are not in the same league. Ironheart Navy IHSH-68

Bugula, really nice outfit and color scheme. Other than the fact that the pants look too roomy around the crotch, it's on point.

Looking good, Sal. There's been some hand-wringing over the length of the G work shirts (including by yours truly, who doesn't even own one), but I have to say that yours looks absolutely spot on perfect. For me, that's exactly where the hemline on a work shirt should be; not far above the bottom of your fly.
I know a lot of this very subjective, but I want a work shirt to be a little longer than my everyday casual button-downs. To me, work means movement. And if I'm moving around--bending, lifting, reaching, or whatever--I want my shirt to keep me covered. The last thing I want if I'm, say, fixing a pipe in the crawl space under my house or clearing some brush in the yard is for my shirt to be riding up and leaving a gap exposed around my waist for dirt or cold or, worst of all, spiders to get in.
Anyway, glad to see G really nailed the fit for you as far as I'm concerned.

You can see its big around

Trying to use tapatalk for the first time to post photos. I am just not good at getting crisp pictures. My Samsung Galaxy S4 takes great pictures at times and at other times seem almost blurry. Have on the med resolution 1280X720 (16:9) If anyone is a good phone camera person feel free to suggest better settings etc. RRL thermal shirt Filson wool vest Iron Heart jeans.

and what looks to be a Mesa Boogie head and cab in the background @winterland? Triple Rectifier? Had to get some studio gear in the pics. Mesa Stiletto Deuce stage II Head, Mesa's answer to a Marshall EL84 tubes and a Mesa 4x12 cabinet with Celestion vintage 30's. We do have a Rectifier also with a Mesa Tremoverb. Both get great sounds. The Tremoverb gets the high gain modern sound and the Stiletto old school rock. Both get great cleans sounds also. The Stiletto almost Vox AC30 kind of clean. Good to have some music gear talk.

Still Feelin like a baller. Awesome fabric too. You could probably rock that to a wu tang show if you were feelin extra ballsy.

robert This is the second Harris Tweed vest and jacket set I've had made. The first was a solid maroon color with another clothing maker. This was made by Southwick and the tailors at Cuffs, and is so much better quality. The tartan is the one used by my undergrad alma mater. Like you I bought some Harris Tweed jackets off of eBay and had them altered to start. There are lots of really nice tweed jackets on eBay and I think I paid at most $70 for a jacket. A good place to look for tweed jackets is www.tweedmansvintage.co.uk/products/harris-tweed-jackets
