One of my new Sugar Cane shirts Paired with my SC42014, of course I think I bid on that exact shirt on eBay. The auction ended at like 2 am so I missed out and I think it sold for less than $40. I really like the look of it. I never got a "red" chambray because they look so pink. This looked like a better option and I'm bummed I missed out.

Did you have a monster twill from Gustin in hand at any point? I'm curious how the fabrics compare (your close up shots make them look like a similar weave and thickness, which is why I'm curious), mostly because I'm not a huge fan of fuzzy flannel, but the monster twill sort of feels like an unbrushed flannel, which I like a lot. I never did back a Monster Twill although I always thought the fabrics were really cool. I'm not sure what the weight of the Monster Twills are but the IH ultra heavy flannels are 12 oz. I want to say that the Monster Twills were somewhere in the 8-10 oz range. The problem with the monster twill is that they used it for a button down. They have SO MANY amazing fabrics that they should be using on work shirts that they just don't.

That shirt looked nice, so I went to Epaulet and the chest size seems crazy small, but they don't say how they measure the chest. If you have a second, do you think you could tell me the size and pit-to-pit of that shirt? If not, no worries!

It is a slim fit, which I like. I actually just returned the new denim shirt from Taylor Stitch because I like this one better even though it lacks some of the details like triple needle chain stitch run off. Pit to pit it is exactly 22 inches size L

G v-neck, LD ixi , GATs LD jeans are going to have really nice fades. I've been wearing them daily beating them up since I can only do it to the jeans?

I love the filson explorer Me too. I actually went to Filson planning to get the mile marker coat but ended up with the explorer jacket. It's like Barbour but made in Murca.

I heard you were the first graduating class out of that high school wdw, is that true? Har har har....just playin, . Looking good. Aren't those IH 634s the comfiest heavy denim you've ever felt?

ickes, yeah, the 634s really feel good. 21oz sounds pretty heavy, but when you're wearing them they just feel right. Kinda substantial, but not excessive. They're much softer than my 21oz IH vest, but I have no idea why. I'd recommend them to anyone, especially at Rakuten prices.

unnamed, you're right, it's superblack. There's no way I'd want the superblack jeans as it's just so stiff, and that's what was putting me off the 634s, but they're a different beast entirely. A stiff vest isn't a problem, but I've worn it a lot, even around the house and watching tv, and it just doesn't yield at all. Having said that, I like the vest a lot and wear it often. It also has sentimental value, as it was the cancellation of my LD black vest which led me to IH in the form of the vest, and the start of a very slippery but pleasant slope.
