Anyone having problems getting into the Gustin forum?

There are people still posting who said point-blank that the Gustin CPO is a direct copy of Engineered Garments, so if they were going to remove disparagers, I would think they'd be tops on the list. I think this forum is proof of the decreased activity on the Gustin forum, so maybe this is a reaction to that. It's clearly not needed for them to get product funded, and can obviously be a liability as much as a benefit to their brand. However, making weird changes behind the scenes like this does affect their brand image, if they're actually doing such a thing.

If it's going away, it's a good thing this exists, otherwise the community would have died with it. If this is a new strategy, though, I'd just hope that they'd send a request to moderators before moving to have this shut down due to inclusion of the Gustin name. 

I haven't been able to see the Community link for weeks. I actually thought the forum had stopped.

This is what happened to me. I Never posted on there before and would just browse but it disappeared on me a couple weeks back. I haven't been able to access it no matter what I do.

Community (& prices etc.) still the same here - no changes at my end.

This is a really interesting, and potentially counter-productive, way of silencing dissenting opinion. As I've stated before (in different words), putting all the information out there is the best way to keep yourselves honest about your product, customers, and place in the ecosystem. Creating a sterilized system where you only get the "Thneedville" version of Gustin (sorry.. I've got two toddlers that love "The Lorax") will foment distaste for Gustin, erode any sort of loyalty, and have us all craving an alternative (c'mon Lawless!!). If Gustin is standing on solid moral ground, they should engage, not sanitize.

My question to you guys who've been banned is this: What do you think your transgression was to have you banned?

People on Style forum have been complaining about this for weeks with Cody never responding to any of them even though he is choosing to comment on something that was writen a space above the comment he chose to respond to. There is def something going on but I just cant see them banning so many people like that

Can you log out-clear cashe-and log in again and see if it comes up. Or log in from a browser not used to log in before.

I can see the forum. It's dead but I can see it. Sucks now. I just sold my crimson slate plaid and sold my Italy brownxblack chore coat that is still in production. Probably get my army herringbone chore and sell that too. Kinda done with Gustin.

I guess I can't say I'm surprised, as it's following the recent communication model. Why do all the weird blocking of random people and not just announce "hey, we're closing this down cause we can't put the time necessary into maintaining it", and then shut it down? Taking this strange path just makes it look like they're doing it for completely different reasons than those they state. Either way, I guess they've finally told someone, so no need to speculate. Though I have my doubts, with the change being unannounced, that it can be called a "process of transitioning". Apparently they don't know how they get ripped apart on the forums they mention for the issues we've been asking about -- and there they won't be able to silence dissenting opinion, or have a centralized way to make an announcement of policy change.

However, I hope this means that regular production updates and shipping notices will come back, cause I don't know if I like a Gustin that operates completely in the dark, regardless of how much I like their clothing.
