So I'm visiting London. Compared to San Diego is f!@king cold. Rain. Wind. Hail. However I came prepared. My waxed trucker with layers underneath has performed awesome and still sheds water.
But the surprise has been the Navy chinos. They're stated at 8 oz but as a 3x1 twill they feel much more substantial. Today was particularly blustery and I chose to wear them against the elements. Wind barely pierced them. Modest rain seemed to roll off. Hail was an afterthought. And paired with my Wolverine 1000Ks I looked damn stylish the whole time.
Personally I'd grab these up if I were you.
