It's been said but I feel it bears repeating - if IHUK prices a shirt at $8000 and they sell out, then the buyers have validated the pricing. Nobody is being forced to buy anything. Of course, the price is too much for me so, personally, it sucks. @untucked, that shirt looks really cool. IHUK only?  I'm not sure, that will be between Giles, Haraki san, and the western retailers. But, right now it's just in the sample stages. Might or might not get tweaked from the design of that mock-up |

Purple is for girls anyway..... Jk I'm waiting on the new "military shirt" cuts that should be releasing soon, with metal buttons. Pleated pockets, and no yokes. I love the look of them. Oh, and also this shirt that I dreamed up and suggested to Giles. It's a blueXblack herringbone one pocket workshirt, with contrast stitching. It's the same fabric as the IHJ-36, so I believe that equals to 12oz Nice dream, good work! |

I can't tell from the images whether it's the same or how close it is to the herry indigo from gustin. I'd like to match them exactly to a shirt if I could. |

It looks tighter like the Italian brown and grey that g released a couple years ago, though. Should be a great shirt if it's similar in hand to either of those weaves.

Well, it's impossible that they could be the same..... IH sources their own fabrics, specially made for them. They also buy all of it, including all of the damaged, sub-par and erroneous fabric as well. They buy it and then destroy it themselves, to prevent other makers from getting it and selling it.
Idk about selvedge though... It wasn't mentioned or pictured.

New IH shirts lookin' good!! BluexBlack h'bone is nice. Purple is for girls? Purple is for rock'n'roll!!! Not sure about exchange rates, new prices etc. but the purple shirt looks HOT to me.

IHJP lists the release date for this to be 30 Nov 2016  As I look through the entire lineup of scheduled releases, it's easier to see that I don't need much (Actually, I don't need anything...), BUT, I decided if there is one item I "couldn't live without", it would be this one. |

I was close to picking up a Buzz Rickson N-1 during the Spring sales, but once Giles announced these chocolate brown ones, I knew I would wait it out. It just looks so damn good!

The one I have is the khaki color, but I also like the olive, and chocolate. The khaki goes with everything, and it would really be over kill to have three of them, lol |

I'm not crazy about the purple... Not at all, actually. But, maybe it will grow on me. At this point, I would rather get it and not like it, than not get it and never know. If I dislike it, I'll pass it along here for the Rakuten price
