As far as price, I'm with you. I found the 716 in another store (jeansfirst). But, they don't ship outside of Japan. They don't take PayPal, either. It's a good sign other stores are handling them. I'm holding out hope stores like RB, Vari, and Fukuraku decide to carry them, as they do with the 707. Im thinking RB will get the 716. IHUK is getting them in 7-10 days so if RB does get them it should be this week. Fingers crossed |

Yup, it's a pain in the ass, but you save like $70+ doing it. I have Zenmarket on the 716s, and it says all in all, it's about 22000 yen, which is roughly $200, and the 142s are the same starting price/weight. Still mulling it over, and am going to wait until the 142s come in so I can see what the fabric is like before buying. $200 is more than I'm willing to pay for a pair of chinos, as I can get a 4 or 5 really well fitting pairs of Bonobos chinos or a couple pairs of ePaulet chinos at that price, so the fabric better be extra special. The biggest pain in the ass was the waiting, but I don't think we're in a complete rush to have them in hand, as we have enough things to carry us over. As far as price, I'm with you. I have ordered from Joenet. I received the IHSH-96 from them. They were as good as anyone else, IIRC. Rakuten is pretty uniform it feels like. I've ordered from 4 or 5 stores, and they're all really quick, and cheap. Joenet had free shipping though over 15000 yen. |

The IHUK fit guide for the IHSH-142 is much different than Rakuten. L works for me with the IHUK fit guide, and XL works for me with the RB fit guide. Hope RB is right. I guess there's a first time for everything. |

But, jeansfirst lists them as 86cm , and rebirth at 85.5cm . Averaged out, you are probably looking at a 86.5cm waist, which is dead on 34 inches. How would that work ? |
