Skoaktiebolaget has been ridding stock of Edward Green to make way for a new brand, and that new brand is Carlos Santos. Reviews say they are better than Meermin, but right under Carmina in quality. Priced right at the retail prices of AE, they look pretty damn good IMO. Especially the jumper and the patina service. But they aren't for the bentin's of the world and their lusophobia. Made in Portugal.

Man I just can't take the chisel nose. I like Portuguese shoes. Just not Portuguese Taylor Stitch shirts.

Does Skoaktiebolaget translate to pointy shoes? I'm pretty sure the technical translation of Skoaktiebolaget is "fancy pants shoes." Its Swedish - means "Shoe-Incorporated" "aktiebolag" means its on the stockmarket (stock-company) and "sko" means shoe.

Alden and AE both make a pretty clean, one piece Blucher/Derby, AE's is the Leeds. Any shortwing will do, something like a the AE McAllister.
