What weight you thinking for the flannel Shirt? 5.6-oz or heavier? That'll be good. But a few Heavier (but I'd only need 1 or 2 of the heavy flannels 6+oz)

You may have answered this, if so sorry. How will you be handling Miss Fit (ordered, sewn, measured) jeans and shirts. Even being our mistake/fault?

ok good to know. I was thinking of a few mid weights and a few heavies. perfect! If you could mix it up and do both that would be good (a few midweights, a few heavyweights)....but I'm thinking like 8-10 oz range for me.

Awesome. Like Scott stated, light and midweight are fairly commonplace, although not always quality. Hard to find a heavyweight in sizing that fit us bigger guys.

I don't see how anyone would take back an order that's custom and YOU made the mistake. I would find that to not be a smart business move. That's me, I'm an ass.

But we all know that newbis may not know how to measure. Or what if I take the best measurement of 4 shirts/jeans and it comes out as a Frankenstein garment, not working together.

Great question. If your product is not right our fault or yours we will handle it. You can work with us and know we will work till we get it right or you can have your money back. This has always been my policy. Sometimes you just can't make everyone happy. Now if we are working with you and we are committed to make it right and we have spend time and energy into sending you anther pair and we are still not perfect at this point it is not cool to ask for a refund. We ask that you keep your commitment and allow us to do what we need to do to resolve the problem. That I feel is only fair. Bottom line no one wants to pay for something you don't like or don't feel it's worth the money. I can't tell you how many people I have dealt with that take the money and run and give little to nothing in return. These people will not last in the world of business and there time is limited. It's about relationship. I prefer to build good relationship with my customers the money and success will come. We have all heard the saying pigs get fat hogs get slaughtered.
