Hey all. I've been searching high and low for this shirt and I found one, but in a size up from my usual 42. For anyone that has it, does it tend to run big, small, or true compared to your other TS shirts? Have you washed it, and if so, what was the shrinkage like?
Thanks!

I have it, runs about the same as my Oxford from them. I believe I've been cold washing and hang drying, but I don't think I measured anything before I started wearing and washing.

I have one and it feels a bit small. Depends on what you want to do with it, I'm not into wearing a tshirt under it, just a A shirt. It's whats made me avoid thicker fabrics in TS clothes. I just barely fit into their 46, but have considered selling this one. I've worn it about 6 times and I think the thing is you have to get used to the TS fit and see if it's for you. If I had any say in it I'd make TS add at least 1/2" to all their sleeve lenthgs and maybe that much in the shoulder. I have broad shoulders, always been a fit issue with me. My sleeve is 36.5 and with the shoulders there is not much room in the sleeves. However, if I unbutton the sleeves they will slightly hang down on my palm. The tight cuff buttons on TS shirts really exacerbate the feeling of the shirt being too short. My G shirts actually fit me a bit better, in that size I take XLT. The cuffs are not as tight and the sleeve length is a little longer. I'm excited to try the CF workshirt once he gets those ramped up as I think they will have what I would call an appropriate amount of room in them. Also, the thinner TS shirts fit pretty well, but this is NOT a piece to wear layers under, way too tight.

Great news, thanks everyone! exophobe and northcoast , do you like the shirt? I do like it, but it's on the edge of comfortable, but in the mirror it looks ok. I would prefer a little more room though. As I said, I just don't think the TS cut works so well on these shirts. I think of a workshirt as something to be able to move in and lounge in and they did not modify their template for this fabric. I think they may have modified their template for the Cone Indigo but that just seemed too big. I just think that Cone Indigo was a weird fabric. But yeah, for thicker workshirts I think they need to start doing a little bigger cut. Like I said, just waiting on that CF wabash.

sigh. I totally don't have this shirt, I have the Railroad Stripe. Sorry I got confused, but it explains why mine doesn't exhibit any of the characteristics of these other shirts.

whiskeyriver , I've got this in size 44. It fits me very well. I put 2 fit pics in the TS Fit Pics thread, 1st page. For reference, I'm 6'2", around 210#, 44.5" chest, 36.5" sleeve.

Awesome thanks Scooter! I'm 5'10, 189, 44" chest, 35.5" sleeve, 19" shoulders. I usually go 42 in TS, but people say this sewed up small, so I am considering grabbing this 44.

If it's sewn like mine, it sounds like you'll have a bit of excess length. I imagine you could warm wash, and tumble dry to shorten it up a bit. I can't exactly speak to that, though. I only cold wash, and hang. I can't afford to lose anything in the shoulder(20.5").
