I had to grab a pair in Brown.... Just found out that I will be working in Korea for about 5 weeks, and I know it's cold as piss there. Perfect justification for an epic fashion purchase.

Work pants though. Working outdoors in a field environment, pockets are necessary. As much as I praised vests, they aren't always the best place for storage when climbing, crawling and bending over constantly.

Not sure if that's enough taper for you though quick, but that's the most tapered fit IH chino I know of. |

I don't know what's more insane..... This fabric, or the person who dreamed it up! Definitely thicker than any of the denim I own (I have 25, 23 & 21oz from IH)... Most simple way to explain: it looks like corduroy.  |

I'm wearing them right now, and I have immediately upgraded them to "best pants I own" status. I'm literally about to buy the green ones right now. Double knees... Cargo pockets. Rivets..... I can feel the fabric giving and stretching as I move around the house! My one complaint: these need a leather patch  * Edit: I'm down from my high, and I won't be buying the green ones, lol. I shouldn't have bought these to begin with, lol. Definitely though, they were a wise purchase. If I manage to sell off some items from my closet, I'll get the green ones surely. *I don't plan to wear them stacked over my boots like my lighter weight bottoms... Was just too lazy to put on lace-up boots just for the purpose of fit pics. |

Like Haraki san is somehow the Ashton Kutcher of denim, and you're being punk'd... "How could this even be wearable?!?"..... But then, you slide your legs in, and it's on! Suddenly you're thinking "I need a shirt made of this... And a vest! Maybe even socks and a tie! Wait..... Maybe Haraki san can make me a new girlfr... Nah!" |

@untucked, you're making me want to buy a pair even though I have absolutely no use for them. I have a few BDU/camouflage pants with thigh pockets that cover that look, but they'll be much thinner.
That's some collection you must have there, BTW. IH should use you as their poster boy.

Seriously, I bought them with the sole intention of them being the most bad ass work pants ever, but they look alot less dumpy than I expected, and actually the fit is REALLY good. The collection is nice, lol. In to the "not excited about much anymore" phase. Surprisingly enough, though.... I still don't have a denim jacket from them, for now. |
