I have 3-4 pairs that I want to find a home for. I'll have to get them out and measure, etc, but I'd wager that most of them are really about a 37".
All have been worn and washed.

Let me know - I'll get them out and get numbers, etc.
Would like to get like $35 a pair if someone can wear them. Only reason being they don't fit me so hit me up if you're interested.
