Started looking at the flannel I got recently. The pattern on the arms is misaligned and the yoke, well, it's hard to describe. I'll charitably say its "off". I don't really want store credit, because I think I'm sort of done with Gustin. I've requested my money back rather than store credit. Anyone have any experience with this? Will they refund at all, or just give credit?
I have a pair of denim that I like, some T-shirts that I like, a few shirts that I like and two chinos that I like, but I think I might be done. I feel like this shirt is the universe's way of telling me to move on. The one thing I might get is some more chinos. If they insist on store credit, I guess I can just do that.

You should get your refund. They always refunded me when I asked.

I think the only thing I would buy from them are their organic 5oz. T shirts, as they feel great, and fit me nicely. Really doubt they could entice any other purchase from me anymore.

I've liked all the shirts I got from them, but they're both too long in the front and back while being too short on the sides which creates an awkward sizing issue... The term you're looking for is "d*ck curtain". Welcome to the group!

Just beware of Gitmans oddly short sleeve length. They build a hugely better shirt than Gustin, but they can have really short sleeves.

I noticed that, seems they're 33" and gustin is 34. Gustin sleeves are long on me so that might work out depending on how much they shrink and if I hang dry or not. Another option I was looking at is N&F. Quality is probably he same as Gustin but they don't seem to have as much dick drape at least. Stay away from patterns and you're probably fine. They're about the same quality, but without the crotch drapery.

Naked and famous seems to have drunken people matching their patterns, as they're less reliable than Gustin in this regard. The slim tames the dick curtain but then you have to size up and the sleeves get much longer.

Does the slim shirt have less curtain than the regular? They look about the same to me, that is, not as much as gustin but still there sort of. At least going by the size chart they seem longer (30.5 on a slim small vs gustin's 29.5) so hopefully they won't ride up so much. Thankfully got my refund. I still have some store credit left though, is there anything worth getting or should I pray for the return of westerns? Missed out on the boat shoes too but I think I'd prefer something with a vibram sole anyway. They've got some charcoal hemp in my size at least, but I really hate button flies (I know, blasphemy). I like the t-shirts, and if they have a fit for you there are typically good values to be had in the jeans and chinos (especially when they're under $100). Keep in mind the chinos have a button fly which It appears you don't like.
