Great opportunity for LA locals! Apolis sample sale detailsDec 11-13th from 12-7pm in the arts district of downtown LA. Apolis sample sale details I've heard that chore coats have been available in the $60-80 range, with some colorways even being available for around $40. Definitely planning on going myself, I would love an indigo or olive chore coat! |

So I went a bit overboard.
Picked up 4 chore jackets, one for my brother.
Black indigo, moss, and gray for myself.
charcoal nep for my brother.
they were 100 each.

I only got one chore jacket for myself, the coated wool in dark charcoal. Really kinda wanted an indigo one and an olive one, but I already own so much indigo!! And I couldn't find an olive in Large. Medium was just too short in the sleeves and tight in the shoulders. Also grabbed a scarf for the girlfriend, which makes it all ok that I went to a sample sale and bought myself yet another jacket. Haha |

I forgot to mention, Mike Hodis had a little sale today at the old Rising Sun headquarters in Eagle Rock, I stopped by after the Apolis sale and chatted with Mike for a while, and scored an awesome Rising Sun wool CPO! Two wool pieces today for the very welcomed "cold" season that's upon us!  |

I forgot to mention, Mike Hodis had a little sale today at the old Rising Sun headquarters in Eagle Rock, I stopped by after the Apolis sale and chatted with Mike for a while, and scored an awesome Rising Sun wool CPO!  Rising Sun Wool Navy CPO on the left, Apolis Chore Jacket in Black Coated wool on the right. Really happy with the chore jacket, I hadn't decided on a color before going because I wasn't sure what would be available in my size, but it works really well with my wardrobe.  Close up detail on the left chest pocket of the Rising Sun CPO, color is more accurate in the first pic, this was taken in broad daylight. Funny thing, the CPO is a lot heavier than the chore jacket, kinda surprising, but less than $200 for both and a not pictured RS graphic tee. |
