So I have this pair that the button came off on. Im selling these cheap since they didnt get perfect with the new button I got as replacement. (they are too small for me thats the reason tho) So...um...the original hole somehow got too big so when I put the new button in, it just came out bc the hole is too big to hold it. Luckily I got 2 buttons from G so I put the other one closer to the end (I made a new hole). It sits good, but the original hole is kinda close to the new one, I dont think its gonna come off bc the tension is the other way. So in theory if you pulled it the wrong way its just a small strand of denim holding it so it could potentially come into the bigger hole and slip out, but as I said. in practive the tension is the other way. So. I would just glue some superglue on the big hole to make it not fray more in the machine. Here is a pic of the "problem": Backside of the new button with the "g" on it is close to the old position hole and a potential risk unless superglued. Price is - whatever you think is fair!! Size is - 17,5" waist

So I have pulled them to test some and they seem sturdy. I ca also just sew some stitches with the machine zigzag across the hole and I cant imagine there could be any problem.
Im thinking like less then half the price when new plus shipping? Or offer....

Thanks! I imagine that these will be too slim for me in the leg opening, since they are sewing up small, but can you let me know what that measurement is? Also, these have been cold soaked, correct?

Hot soaked as hot as the tap can be really ouchy temp. Then hang dried. I thought I read in the other thread that they were cold soaked, so I figured there was still a little room left for the waist to shrink. That's alright though, I've got a pair of 34 straights that might end up ok if the waist stretches a little. Btw, I wish everyone would measure to the 64th, that's great! I appreciate the level of detail.

I think they could still shrink more with a machine wash but that would also shrink the hem and they are tight as is. Also the front rise is kinda lol so all in all not a Great plan hehe.
