All right, I bought the RgT lined canvas jacket. Thanks for the info gaseousclay. I also picked up an Elko flannel from Edgevale yesterday after reading your impressions. After living through 6 Minnesota winters, I've finally decided to buy more warm stuff.

After living through 6 Minnesota winters, I've finally decided to buy more warm stuff. The Elko flannel is nice. It's long in the body but after a cold wash and hang dry it shrunk where i want it to be. I plan on buying another Elko flannel and the Yonder shirt in the future.

I'm OK with it being a little long. I'm thinking I'll wear it to work and tuck it in. Sounds like its a an OK length for tucked or untucked.

boot sale at frye 70% off work boot styles, most made in USA. I love their boots. Don't need more but couldn't resist, copped Logan jumpers in black and Logan cap top in brown waxed. Any made in USA will be marked, (they have a filter to show the USA models) if not probably Mexico. Free shipping and returns. I buy 1/2 smaller than branick. www.thefryecompany.com/sale_men_work_boots/l/41

70% off this at Private White VC. Their quality is outstanding. A few sizes. I'm waiting on the Northerner to get lower.

Rogue Territory is having a sale (20-25% off retail), saw it on IG last night. Not sure how good it really is as I have never bought anything from them.
Also, undefeated was having end of year sale (50%off)- if anyone wanted an alpha x burton x undefeated ma-1 jacket its like $150 which to me seems like a good deal.

QOR is having a sale take an additional 20% off sale items with code "EXTRA20" I highly recommend their scuba fleece hoodie www.qorkit.com/scuba-fleece-hoodie-6090e8.html for the quality of material/craftsmanship/fit it is a bargain. They also have some great Schoeller fabrics they use in their jackets and pants.

Any idea on how these are sized in comparison to Wolverine 1000 Mile boots? All the frye boots that I have are 10. I measure as a 10.5. I have one pair of 1000 miles in a 10 and they feel a little bigger. Hope that helps. EDIT- extra 25% off ends in 4 days

Super high priced and hardly anything there fits me. For sure not shirts or outerwear. I have been watching for drops on some of their Golden Bear stuff but just have never bought anything yet.

North, if your looking for golden bear jackets, a place called Seedstore (online presence as well) sells them out of season for at least 60%. It's local to me so i can always check if need be if I'm heading that way.

I have been watching for drops on some of their Golden Bear stuff but just have never bought anything yet. I always try to find the stuff they sell elsewhere for less, and I'm very rarely successful. That they sell expensive goods isn't their fault, and that many around here are value-conscious tends to put us at odds with that. Many of the brands unionmade sells are premium brands with strong price control. My main issue with them is that they call themselves unionmade but sell goods made without fair labor practice, and give no indication of country of origin on most products.

As a general rule if a place doesn't state country of origin it's probably China. I picked up stuff made in IT, Scotland and the US at 66% off MSRP. Several that would be hard to get anywhere else. A solid value anyway you look at it.
