CF may have gotten pissed/offended that this didn't go over well. They haven't been on line here since the shirts launch (Nov 30). I hope that's not the case; that they've just got busy with other things. There seems to be plenty of people in this thread waiting to place an order given the right fabric, and perhaps a future western option. I hope so also, but I don't see it happening. I believe, They said that this 1st denim Had to be funded before any other fabric or style could be offered. Not sure why but I can see them putting this on hold. It seemed like a side pet project (that we asked for) that just isn't getting the love it needed.

Well I for one am ready to buy given more interesting fabric options.
At the end of the day their sizing is exactly what I need.

I think it'd be great if he could arrange something with the sewing lady like Gustin has with their shops -- something like an offer of several different fabrics in similar weights that would help him hit the minimum number of units. I'm just not looking for a denim workshirt unless it's something pretty special, especially since I'm wearing indigo denim pretty much every day (especially with this contest coming up). I don't need or want to have my fashion sense aligned with Jay Leno.

I'd like to see them produce about 10 in common sizes in about four common fabrics and then see if they can sell them faster with no wait and pics of the actual product. Shirts are more forgiving on sizing and you have to undercut IH Japan now for me to even think about buying.

Any update on these shirts? CF may have gotten pissed/offended that this didn't go over well. They haven't been on line here since the shirts launch (Nov 30). If they offer those work shirts in that wabash fabric, I'll be all over it!

When they first sourced that wabash fabric, I suggested that they throw out a shirt made from this. Looks as if they might have sold a few of these. I think that most of us have at least a couple or two raw denim shirts, and want to deviate from a plain denim.

sorry about the delay launch
we did not get the 30 pc minimums to start the shirt program...i made the mistake of tring it with a indigo shirt..which everyone has already..
so we are doing a couple of other fabrics firstt to get to the 30pc minimum...
grey denim and a brown denim.
we are getting the fabric in next week so i can make up samples to show first before we sell..
then i can combine the orders together to get the 30pc minimums...
just remember ..the thread color all has to be the same or it counts as another shirt [ which requires 30pcs ] ie wabash...once i get this started the next one will be the wabash stripe and them the western style in plaid.
Cheers Ciano

Just e-mailed you guys cianofarmer I ordered the indigo but the brown sounds very promising. Do you know the weight? I might have to switch fabrics. Glad the shirts are going through.

Wabash stripe sounds killer too cianofarmer but I've already got an IH work shirt in a Wabash stripe so I'll be out on that one. I'm sure it will do very well though and that sounds like another great choice for a work shirt fabric.

Nice development, and good to see the return of the magnificent two, but I'm still going to hang on for a plain, non-indigo western. I'd really like a natural or red, but could maybe do grey or herringbone depending on shade.
Will the new shirts still be on a quicker delivery time? Presumably that still means around 3-4 months from right now, taking into account the campaign set-up and then funding timescales.

Serious.

Is custom sleeve length possible on the WS, or is this 100%-standard-only due to the production method?
I might be interested in a gray shirt, but the standard sleeves are way short for me.

I'm interested in both the gray and brown (one or the other).
Will you have the slim fit option available for the first round?

It looks like the M should shrink down to be about the same pit to pit as my Gustin/Lawless/Ironheart work shirts. They're all 22.5-23 pit to pit and roughly 35.5 sleeve. And I'm 6'2" with arms slightly on the longish side.
