Just reached out to Ren on the Khaki Selvedge Twill status and got this back:
Hi there,
I come to you with heavy hearts regarding regard your order for the #223 Khaki Selvedge Twill. To make a long, story short, we simply ran out of fabric and we will not be shipping you the jeans as promised.
We are so sorry for previously asking you to wait longer for these jeans to be produced and now write to you with really bad news. This is the last thing any of us here at Gustin want for any of our customers, let alone our biggest supporters.
Since we are not able to send you the Khaki Selvedge Twill we have done the following.
1) We have processed a full refund for the original order. The refund will post to your card on file in 5-10 days.
2) We have given you access to our private stock store at weargustin.com/stock and $50 in store credit. We hope you find something of interest on the stock store as a replacement for this failed order. If nothing on the stock store interests you, the credit will automatically apply to any pending or future campaign you choose to back.
We cannot apologize enough for bringing this news to you. You have entrusted us with the duty to produce for you another quality garment and we completely blew it. I do hope we can earn your trust again in the future. It may take some time, but we do hope that this too will come to pass.
