So, even at a net savings of $129, you're about paying the measley 8%? You sir, are a man of principal. Yes, @untucked. No one else has charged that, so I'm not going to start paying now. Anyway, I need to factor in fees and customs, as I almost always get hit for that. With fees on the tax free amount, and even with the 1,000 rakuten shipping discount, I was still likely to only make a 25% saving on IHUK prices. That's my minimum to make it worthwhile. Paying an extra 8% made it not worth the effort to me. I gather US deliveries almost always avoid customs, but it's very different in the UK.

I don't recall any of the guys mentioning getting hit with customs. I live in Japan, and I have a Japanese AND a U.S. mailbox..... I've only had to pay customs fees on one item, and that was a pair or Meermins that were delivered to my apartment.... Hurts paying $120 in fees for shoes that cost $250

I'm considering getting all three. Is 64,800 yen normal for shipping? How soon can I use the coupon? Should I buy them one at a time? And does anyone have experience with OT&E?

devastitis, I was quoted 2,600 yen for shipping, which is by weight. It's normally a bit cheaper to the US. The coupon is entered in the final payment page, where you also enter your card details.

Thanks ickes but I missed it. XLs are history. My only concern is sleeve length on XL though. The fit guide converts to 25.5"and I'm 26.5. I may have to go XXL if they become available.

Did you guys register for an account? If I'm unable to, do I not get the coupon?

You need to register with Rakuten to get the 1% points added to your account. You can then use these as a discount against a future order.
The coupon is the 1,000 yen September shipping discount that Rakuten mailed out recently to its members. You add that at the checkout stage to get that discount.

I've been having issues using points lately. I have like 700 right now but in the checkout for rodeo bros I can't use them. It's saying I have no points.

devastitis, I registered on global.rakuten.com which is the English language Japanese site. brentkuz, if you're buying IH from Rodeo, you can only do that through their dedicated shop site, not through the Rakuten portal. That means you don't get and can't use the usual points, but you still get the Rakuten price.
