Damn.....wish they were button fly though That's my main issue with them as well. Much prefer how a button fly looks (and it's more robust) but zippers are more practical, but maybe a bit weird when paired with stuff this heavy?

Iron Heart actually makes a few pairs with zippers here and there.

Both of those look good. I've seen something about Kohima being well made also. 29oz for less than 200, I'll have to look for those. I know many here prefer button flys. I prefer zippers. It's just so much more convenient and I can't remember the last time I had a zipper fail on pants.

Missed that myself. Need could maybe get away with a 33 inseam but would be worried about a bit of shrinkage.

I need 35" minimum. Kinda surprised, but then again, Japanese clothing is almost never my size...

Those coupons are available in a few of the other stores as well. Makes purchases around this price all the more tempting (looking at a Sugar Cane flannel); think shipping is free over 10,000 yen though? Could seal the deal.

Where did you see a 29oz? the 29s were available last year - haven't seen them in stock since.

After looking the measurements over theses are a no go for me. They are cut large through the hips down. 52" hips for a 38" tag (35.5 actual). I'm just not that shape.

And going by this they tag them actual size loom state. Effectively reverse vanity sizes.
