I reserve the right to make fun of things. It's what I do. My current hit list is chilled blush horseshoe parties, angry bartenders in alleys, pictures taken in the shade when there is perfectly good sunlight 3 feet away, anybody running for president, anybody who was previously running from president but is no longer running, man buns, people who think they are profound because they copy and paste a profound quote, anybody in front of me at starbucks who orders something other than drip coffee, unicorn deniers, and those motherf!@kers who blew shit up in brussels. As for me, I'm a brain in a vat and all of this exists for me to mock. I'm all for that, and you're certainly entitled to your opinion, but if you like the thing in the horseshoe blush party you're gonna buy it regardless of the marketing images. If you don't like it, I guess you'll make fun of the marketing. I guess it's just the implication that there's something inherently douchey about those images, yet there isn't a negative thing said about the implication that people would actually use a $120-$200 workshirt to rebuild an engine. They think that makes it look cool, therefore it isn't douchey, but you put a wine glass in a dudes hand (in what's clearly a party setting) and the world goes crazy cause he's at a party in a fancy workshirt, even though that's a more likely scenario. But what company actually markets their high dollar work shirts by showing a guy rebuilding an engine while wearing one? Does TS do that???

One of the early runs of the Mechanic shirts showed near work being done. I think the Moto shirts depicted nearby grease.

It looks they got YOU talking It just seems like it's been a week of complaints about a dude with a wine glass playing horseshoes. What about the fishing dude?! dont we identify with him rolling up those sleeves and getting that fishing rod ready? Taylor Stitch provides some of the best photos to illustrate fit and design out of pretty much any brand discussed here, I'd hate to see them go to something like what Gustin is and has been doing.

Your right. Who goes fishing with a white shirt on? Good luck getting worm and fish blood and guts out of that thing. They really should have switched them, dark blue for the rugged individualist going fishing and white for the wine and horseshoe crowd.

Just got my shipping confirmation for the Long Haul Jacket in Field Tan Waxed Canvas. Just in time for 85-degree weather. 3 days later, and it is still sitting in pre-shipping.

This is the TS version of hand wringing. It's the 'Why can't I feel my f'ing hands?!'

For some reason (maybe that everything comes back to Zoolander), the tiny cuffs make me think of this:

This wouldn't be an issue if you guys had girlie wrists like I do. Perhaps you are spending too much time working out, and not enough time drinking chilled blush and throwing horseshoes. those pics of them holding wine glasses are so douchey, that if I wasn't interested in the shirts before seeing the pics, I'd probably have easy passed on them. It reminds me of the Gustin ember shirt that they did a special with a winery.

The way that story goes, the winery ordered a run of shirts and gave them to each of their employees, it wasn't like a collaboration thing.

Anybody else waiting on a Jacquard Cross Utility Shirt?
I thought it was supposed to ship around 5/7, and there's been no update. The links to the product pages are no longer working either.

I'm waiting on both the Indigo and Natural. And yeah, the product pages were removed. Chinos shipped. We'll see if TS slim chinos fit me.

Without even a ship notice, both my Jacquard Cross Utility Shirts were in a box on my doorstep.
The odd pocket style isn't even noticeable unless you're forcing yourself to look for it.

My last 3 shipments from them came incognito mode. One was delivered by Fed-EX ground, which is new for them. The blue is the winner of the two, for me. The white, I'll give a few weeks before making the return decision.

It is a unique shade of blue--kinda soft and subdued, but I wouldn't know if they used indigo or not.

Its a cool shirt, pretty subtle effect, and roll up the sleeves for a little more blue. I'd say go for it and use their good return process in case it underwhelms you for the price.

Just got the shirt today and it's pretty cool. I preordered and got 20% off so it was quite a bit less than $138, so that probably influences my opinion. It is 7 oz fabric. I knew that when I ordered it but for some reason it didn't register that it's pretty heavy. Don't know that I'll wear this a ton in the summer.
