I got the red. Does not seem like chambray but I guess I'll have to re read the definition.
I'm happy with it, have not tried it on yet. It's pictured next to my Taylor Stitch sanded black mechanics that arrived today as well, both xmas sale prices at $59 and $79 respectively.

Waiting on the Japan 21's like a bunch of you guys; ordered the indigo flannel scarp today from the stock store as well as backed the speckled olive Henley after I realized they both could fill gaps in my wardrobe. I personally wouldn't mind if the henleys come in a little longer than spec but certainly have my fingers crossed they don't come in short.

Finally got my coalxblacks last week and f!@k are these things tight!
But after a few days of wear they are already starting to loosen up. I think these might become my all-time favorite pair if they get to comfort status. They've also gotten more compliments than any other pair I've worn.

Now to wait for my intestines to stop bruising...
I've worn mine a good 6-7 times now. Very stiff but does soften/loosen a bit. I skipped an initial soak though.
Personally I hope any extra measuring was done in cutting.
I'm just going to assume my 40's are coming in at 37-38. In which case, they go up here for sale.
I'm already assuming the thighs on my straight fit are coming in at skinny spec. In which case, I need to find a fat guy who likes the sausage leg look before that trend fazes out.

I soaked mine in a rinse in the washer for 20 minutes. Worked out well, and I love them. Still feel a little stiff though for sitting in the office, fantastic in the cold temps though!
