Yeah, I'm waiting too. I check order status every day. When did you back? I.e. what % were they at? Don't remember the percentage, but the order placed date is 11/25/2014. |

Still waiting on the Herringbone Chinos. Production status: 2/18: Chinos close to completion. We will begin shipping orders out 2/27 and continue shipping into the first week of March. Backed it mid-December, so if exophobe is to be believed, there's still about 5 weeks until I should be concerned. |

I got a shipping notice!!!!!!!! For my stock store shirt I ordered on Saturday...
I'm pretty sure I could send a handwritten letter to Japan via snail mail placing an order for a pair of Iron Hearts from Rodeo Bros, with a check enclosed for payment, and get those jeans faster than my J17's.

I'm pretty sure I could send a handwritten letter to Japan via snail mail placing an order for a pair of Iron Hearts from Rodeo Bros, with a check enclosed for payment, and get those jeans faster than my J17's. I assume you're including the time necessary to learn Japanese and master their calligraphy for your hand-written note... |

They said 'any day now', & 'thanks for your patience'. It really bugs me that they didn't come clean with the cause for the delay, or at least present us a reasonable timeframe. Instead they lead us to believe that there were only a couple that still had to ship, and those would be shipped within the next couple of days... I feel like a dummy checking every f*cking day for a shipping notice - going back to late January. Gotta be a better way, folks. |

My Italy Sky's arrived today, and for only the second time out of 19 or 20 G items, I haven't had to pay customs fees. And they're about a month early, so that's even better.
Not home till Friday, then I'll see if they meet specs.

Well I emailed them something like 3 or maybe 4 days ago, the answer came a few hours later. here's what Ren said :
"Thanks for reaching out. These jeans are finally going to ship out next week. We had to recut a set of orders due to a fabric flaw and these are all now in sewing and should be finishing up towards the end of the week.
I apologize for any inconvenience. We're trying to figure out better ways for our factory to give us updates, because in the last few months is has been hard getting any information from them. I've added $10 in store credit to your account for the delay. We look forward to getting these to you soon."

Really losing patience with Gustin (and Lawless for that matter). Waiting on J17. They've been "shipping" for over a month.
Latest update: "Production status: 2/27: Apparently all orders did not ship out. Still shipping out order through early March. Thanks for your patience."
Sometimes I'm tempted to cancel everything with G and LD and go back to the old retail model.
