This is a GREAT shirt. But I ordered a size too large. I tried it on once, noticed it was too big, contacted the Japanese seller who suggested I hot wash and hot dry. I did not want to pay to ship it back. I hot washed it and hot dried it and tried it back on. Still too big. No shrink. So it's been tried on twice and washed once. It's brand new. I have the original tag, bag and invoice from Rodeo Bros. Yours today for $70 shipping included. History Preservation Associates sells this for $90 plus $25 shipping (from Japan, it was $78 plus $15 shipping), and History Preservation washes it several times pre-shipping to soften it up as it is very stiff right out of the bag. I washed this non-washed version once and it softened slightly. It's very cool fabric. The chest is still 23" pit to pit and slightly over 19" across the shoulders. The fit is regular rather than slim. It's an amazing shirt, and I have already re-ordered it in size L. I will mail it to you the day you buy it. Thanks for looking.

This is a spring/summer shirt, or an underlayer for winter. It's a 5/6 oz. shirt vs. the IH heavyweight. A bit fuller cut. Different shade of blue. Sweet blue bakelite buttons. A very cool coarse fabric that will soften and age awesomely. Very 40s throwback. I love it. LOVE it. That's why I instantly popped for a size smaller. My wife said: "I love that shirt! But it's too big on you. You bought it too big. I could wear it like a girlfriend shirt though!" I was like DAMN IT. Also, I was like NO. Haha.

These are great chambrays. I picked one of these up recently, and the material is definately old school Navy. Unless is was an older NOS lying around, the current issue is a more tapered fit than the older model. Not too slim fitting, but with enough room to pull up anchor.

The fit and feel are awesome. I have more chambray work shirts than I need but this one immediately became my favorite.
