I see them using that clause in the rules quite often.

I hope that Roman and his crew use this forum to explain and give some more insights of the production and what is good and what went wrong. Shwoing up on a forum .. any forum ... is a good move in the right direction, let´s not just expect the worst (like editing unwanted comments).
I appreciate the installation of the forum.

This almost makes it worth it. But I have no illusions about the 'delete' clause either. And if you saw on FB, R-dog is hiring TWO new CS reps ...
This just in from an inside source: The job candidates will be assessed on two things,and two only (OK, get your mind out of the gutter, lads):
1. sexy, disarming, calming voice 2. massively developed right-hand pinky (because it's going to be hitting 'delete' up to 1,000X an hour and if it's too weak they'll develop carpal).

I was "chating" with roman on the new Ld&Co site forum about a $40 store credit that disapear with the new site and about the status about my order #922 and suddenly i wasn't able to post my answer on the forum. I had to log in !!! But i was already log in i had acces to all my order details etc... When i tried to log in again to reply on the forum : it said that my email or password was wrong !!! I can't understand !!!

I'm loving that 80% of the existing topics on the forum are about past orders being unfulfilled.
I give the life of the forum 1 month before Roman gets annoyed and pulls the plug. Although, he may keep it available but have no one moderate it or respond to issues.

I found my exact order details by searching my inbox for mine. I have that with a date stamp as well as the billing info. My claim will hold up in court.

I was told everything is okay, my orders are still being worked, and they know what's been fulfilled and what hasn't. They started the moratorium on communication as I was trying to clarify that they're actually making my shirt since they said elsewhere that they're focusing on only jeans right now.

Is it me or have they killed the most recent facebook page? I see their website links to a different page "LD&CO American Heritage Clothier", rather than the LDandCo/LawlessDenim one it used to, and that page, along with all the requests for order updates, is gone (Unless they blocked me for asking about my order on there).
Can't help feeling if they spent a bit more time on communicating directly with customers then they could save all this time wasted on switching names, websites and social media accounts in order to try to out run the bad press and requests for information from legitimate customers.
