www.ldandco.us/I am as baffled as anyone about there being another new website, email address etc. How many is this 5 since the Kickstarter? Maybe roman can explain the situation. I did sign up for a new account using the same email as I had for the last website and the new website does show order history.

Well, as far as professionalism is concerned, it's far better. Not to mention, it makes MORE sense, with the brand name being included in the url and all.... Either way, I hope he can get it right this time

I find it ironic that it says, "FORGED TO LAST," because the websites don't seem to be. But I'm going to have to agree, the website does look much better.

And on this site, under orders, it says payment "pending" (I paid) and order "fulfilled." Um.............no?

I was just going to ask the same question. Where is my info from the previous website? I tried to log on and it says that my email is not recognized. I sent a message using their chat function but I have not received any response in the last couple of months so I am not expecting one now. Anyone else have the same experience? I tried sending an email by responding the one sent out but it was bounced back and the message function their FB page is also nonexistent.

You have to create a new account, just use the same email as the old site

I just did that. I was afraid to open a new account for fear that the old information would be lost, or confused. Thank you!
The problem now is that is says the order is fulfilled, or I should say three orders, and I have not received any of them yet. To add to the confusion it says the payments are pending while I paid for them months ago. Nice looking site but not very functional to a person that is trying to check in on orders.

I'm giving them until about middle of next week to start tracking down any issues. They're working on the site, hopefully they get it all correct, but no reason to waste a bunch of energy to be told that "they know, they're working on it".

Is there any way to mail them from this new site? I don't want to go conspiracy-theorist mode but it's like they're making it harder for people to contact them. There isn't even the standard 'Contact us' link anywhere that I can see.
edit: I'm going to try the little 'Can we help box' down the bottom of the page.

If you e ail them, you now get a "ticket number" and a promise that someone will contact you. I ordered one pair of jeans last Nov. This is ridiculous. Did anyone try contacting local trading standards?
By contrast, I ordered from Gustin at the same time and received in March. Great jeans (heavy american). I also have an order out with Ciano, he made a mistake on my address (as I have moved and notified him), his immediate response? "My mistake, Let me make you a new pair and send them to the new address". Fantastic. He e answers every e mail in a timely way. He keeps his customers happy and will be receiving further business from me. Lawless will not. Simple;)

I signed up for the new site with the same email address and my order history is there. BUT
The order details lack product description or size. For example, I ordered an XL Slim Oregon work shirt in 14oz Kaihara Indigo. But now my order history just shows "14 oz Kaihara Indigo Men's Shirt." No mention of size or style.
Also, I had a documented exchange on the old site messaging system requested a fabric change on a pair of jeans. Now that is lost and I bet they get made in the fabric on the original order.

One reason for a new website is to lose all the notes and messages. I notice my new account has none of the pages and pages of messages about my shirt remake and payment for work on the website. It's a good thing I took screenshots of it all and have the 200+ emails saved.

I just created a new account and my orders are there and are showing fulfilled, like everyone else's, despite not actually being fulfilled. They also show my payment as "pending", which instills oodles of confidence.
Now, just to wait and see if I get an email about out of stock fabric or not.

I also am showing all sorts of weird pending/fulfilled that is inaccurate- including one order that was just something I put in my cart once, and never ordered. Also, I no longer have a store credit that they promised me last week. It's one thing for them to change their minds on business models/website/etc. But sending out emails promising refunds/store credit/responses, then shutting down your website 2 hours later, only to rebuild one with a new business model is crazy. In my correspondence with them this week, no one said 'oh BTW, we are changing things tomorrow, you may have issues logging in, or viewing your credit, or ordering'. It's like Roman woke up, decided to start over, and shut down the old site in one fell swoop. Again, they can make a decent product, they have potential, then Roman goes on a tear of lies and accusations, coupled with failure to produce on any promises. It's like he can't help but fail.
