I sold my 127 RedxBlack for $250 on Grailed, but with PayPal/shipping fees, it was more like $230. I want it back though. I do love the 127 b/g if it was a red black I wouldn't have sold it. But I don't NEED 3 UHF shirts. Let's be honest. I'll keep my red 107 now and my purple 102. One western one workshirt UHF seems good. I was so sad that 107 wasn't an XXL.

I bet that'd be perfect for you. Now the question is whether to get this or whether I like the pockets of the IH-2526J enough to justify $115 more when it restocks. Don't think so. That's the question. I love the brown 17oz duck fabric. Wearing my 816's now. I love my denim gap selvedge type 3 but since I wear jeans so much it's hard to not look like a denim tux. My girl hates too much denim. @untucked rocks his well and I do like pockets. But are the pockets worth the price increase. Yeah, I live in NorCal, so pockets would just be for holding things, except for 2 weeks a year at night. Guess that answers it for me.

My IHJ-526 is XXXL, and you seem to generally wear a size down from me in most IH (based on my stalking of your sales), so I bet you'd be an XXL. Also, looking at otandemotionalmens' sizing (love that name, btw), they are using the standard S36, M38, L40, etc sizing... I may just pull the trigger on a XXXL from RB. I was thinking about doing the XXL/44. I did a 42 with the 526SV vest and it's a tailored fit over a UHF. I bet that'd be perfect for you. Now the question is whether to get this or whether I like the pockets of the IH-2526J enough to justify $115 more when it restocks. Don't think so.

Man I want the duck trucker. Do you think RB has length vs width backwards? I think I'll be a "46" in this jacket but trying to figure which that is. Might hold out and pay $365 from IHUK. I'm wondering the same thing--23" length doesn't really work quite as well as 27" in a XXXL--which I presume will be the 46, based on their other 526 sizing.

Don't forget the organic wild peruvian cotton overdyed indigo socks. Oh and I basically don't see any point in buying expensive cotton Chup or anonymous socks. Like these?

Ordered it in XL hehe. In the email it says: IRON HEART iron heart shirt long sleeve work Western think Los IHSH-142(ihsh-142-1-5) Color: CHARCOAL Size: XL Unit Price JPY 17280 x 1 pcs = JPY 17280 ( tax incl. Shipping fee incl. ) ********************************************************************* Subtotal JPY 17280 Shipping fee To be confirmed by shop Points to be used - JPY 592 --------------------------------------------------- Total JPY 16688 (Shipping fee estimated separately) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Get Point 1720
So maybe 10x applies to this order as well? I saw that the XL was gone, you must have grabbed the last one. I'm thinking of going XXL on this one. Looks like you might have done it...while I was sitting on my thumb, the XXLs disappeared.

Dammit, think I'm in on a nep western. Sizing advice guys; how does Gustin Slim Fit compare to Taylor Stitch sizing? I know I've seen it discussed somewhere here but I'm too lazy to look for it. XL is probably about 44 or slightly smaller, XXL 46 or slightly smaller, with minor variations between fabrics, at least in the few I have.

I also wonder if the waifish male model accentuates the pocket size. Maybe not so bad in XL/XXL? I'm actually pleasantly surprised by how these sewed up (and that they're actually showing actual pictures of an actual shirt on an actual person, instead of the warp side of three fabrics).

Honestly, when I wear my blue one I can barely tell. It still looks better than 99.9% of the stuff out there, and it should age great. Can't wait to see what it looks like after the first soak. That's what I've been hearing and it's not that I don't believe you, but those SelfEdge pics of the 129 just look horrible to me. I agree, those pictures do look bad. My rationale was that it's a flannel, and a little slouchy by nature. Maybe I'm lopsided, or maybe mine has slightly less skew/pocket adjustment, (or maybe I'm deluding myself), but I don't feel like the particular one I have looks that bad. I was in SE in Portland a couple weekends ago, and the greens there looked great in person, too.

FYI, RB has a restock on S-XL in Green IHSH-129. I'd probably have gotten one if there were an XXL. I love the blue, even at full IHUK price. I love those shirts too but I just can't get past the skewed fabric. Honestly, when I wear my blue one I can barely tell. I was on the fence between XXL and XXXL. Losing some weight, though, so it looked like it would work. There were still some XX there after I checked out, though, so someone must have swooped in. Sorry! If it's too small, I'll give you first dibs at my cost.

Dammit, got another of each of the HWI Ts, and had to pop for both of the Italian oxfords as well--the one style of their buttondowns that make sense.

Maybe this isn't the best place to discuss, but would there be any interest in a thread about height/weight/sizes in various brands as a reference point for members looking to get into something new? This is a good idea, but for it to be effective, and not be a multi-page thread of people putting up their sizes in random brands and people having to sift through page after page looking for a specific brand/size, it would have to be organized in a way like this, an amazing resource for shoe sizing done by r/GYW. Wow. That is impressive.
