hi buddy thanks for reply, no no reason at all im open to any suggestions that fit my size shape budget and have the look I want, im tall but regular length leg and long back so need a higher rise, the 55 ive had before and the rise is good for me but to be honest the leg a little loose, ive also had the 66 but found the rise to low and the leg to narrow, im into the early 60s mod look but if I go to slim I look top heavy as im 48 chest so the 55 was always the best balance of the two for me. also ive put an inch or 3 on the waist since my last purchase lol now measuring 44 round the waist, pleeeeeeas help guys any advice really appreciated That's going to be hard to find, most denim makers stop at a 38 waist. Quick search I found this, pricy but worth it to at least get one custom pair. madeinusajeans.us/big-mens-jeans/

So I received my pair yesterday. I like them but am soliciting owners of CF Wabash about shrinkage. I'm thinking about doing a hot soak. I want them to shrink some and get the starch out, but trying to determine if I should just do a warm soak. THanks! It's been awhile since I received mine, don't remember how I originally washed/soaked them. I eventually ended up making them into shorts. I'd recommend doing a warm soak, if that's not enough shrink do a hot soak. I'd expect some shrink in the length.

Never thought I'd be posting back in this thread again, but I belong to the USPS Informed Delivery Digest (sends me scans of all the inbound mail being delivered that day). Today's only piece of mail was a letter from the Arizona Attorney General's office. I only had one reason to ever receive a letter from the AZ AG and this thread is why. The scan looked like a check was included. Needless to say, my curiosity during the work day was super high. Verified when I got home - it's a letter and check from the AZ AG confirming a settlement has been reached with Lawless Denim and the check represents a restitution based on the claim submitted. It's been almost 3 years since this thread started. I won't be holding my breath for my restitution.

How's Lord G's Polos? $50 seems a bit high. But I'm not finding any others that fit right (usually all are to long) and I hate logos.

cool post. Good point though mentioning that Trump manufactures his sh*t overseas. I've taken a hardline approach as a consumer. In the case of TS, I will not buy from them anymore because of the way they've outsourced most of their production. I know i'm beating a dead horse here but it's the principle of it all and the only thing that some companies respond to is money. Take that away from them and they sometimes fall back in line or they go tits up. I'm not prepared to say that US manufacturing, especially with clothing, is the highest quality but if it means keeping jobs here and creating more jobs in an an industry that is on the decline then I will choose to support US companies. Wouldn't buying TS made in California products also make the statement? Keeping a few US workers working

Leather or Dainite sole? I have some leather soles that always squeak but my Dainites have all shut up after a few wears. Leather, wanted the Dainite sole but for $100 I couldn't pass on them

Wearing them today. Very versatile shoe. Only small issue is that they squeak. Hoping some wear works that out

I picked up a pair of plain toe Bluchers. Will give my thoughts on them when I have some wear in them Did you get the Massdrop ones? That was a good deal. I scored an unused pair on eBay for $100

It is Not a quality control problem with this shirts pockets. It was designed this way, they All are made with the pocket flap higher. The pockets are alined. Take the pocket flap off and all will aline. Look at the bottom. It's definitely not aligned. I know TS likes dumb pockets, but this is still unaligned. My earlier Moto is actually perfectly aligned across the bottom, and as you said, the one with a pocket flap is higher. One pocket was made bigger on purpose. I think the pocket with the flap was made somewhat to be like a cigarette pocket.

Yeah, they did it right to match the pattern. But I’ve got plenty of shirts that match the pattern and align the pockets, it just takes better qc. Ironically I bet their MiC shirts are spot on. Just for posterity since I couldn't find it. Keep in mind that this was deliberately done. Not saying you should like it but it was done to keep the pattern

The new Linen denim looks cool. Nice twist for summer wear. Not sure on the sheen.

Need your opinion, fellas. What's your honest opinion of these tiger camo shorts from Momotaro? I kinda like 'em but don't wanna come off looking like some wannabe survivalist. I know some of you can't or won't wear shorts in the summer but for me it's a must. For Me Camo is utilitarian, not fashionable. Not that care if I see someone else wearing it

Any thoughts on Polos? I'm trying to build a softer look then the work wear look (wife is tired of jeans and double pocket workshirts). Polos Good,Bad, Indifferent? I see IH makes them (that should allow you IH fans to comment here Any other brands worth a look? I'd like to find a classic look (no pockets), on the heavy side (draps better), short (hate that long dress look). Anything else to consider?

DigDug , do you have an update ? I saw the price has dropped below $7000. Are you still in ? Kind of, I only have $2k in and watching that go down every day. The 2k is mostly profit from previous trades. Could have been 10x that amount if I had gotten out at the top. My sons are still in a bit more at 10k. If it goes to $4000 I might buy back in. Some say it might go as low as 3000. But some believe after this it'll climb as high as 50,000 by years end

I've just ordered some chinos. Ciano has been very responsive and helpful via email. For what seems like a high-quality MTO pair of trousers $74 is ridiculously good value. Who knows when I'll get them though! I only need them for September or so (next autumn) so I am not in any hurry. However, as soon as I get a payday I am getting a car coat (and another pair of chinos if I like the first pair, which i expect to). Good Luck, ordered mine in Sept. Called 3 times over the past 3 months and was told I'd have then by the end of next week each time. Called last week and yesterday,no answer and no call back.

I pop my collar most of the time when it's cold/cool. It's more function then forum for me. But I do like the look.
My question is - can a Button down be popped?
I'm heading to Italy and most certainly will be popping my collar and wearing a scarf. Some shirts are a no brainier for me to pop, for example a IH Heavy Flannel.
I recently received the TS Jack in Reverse Jacquard (Beautiful fabric on either side). But it's a button down. Can I pop?
