Thanks unnamed.. The Okayama and the Zimbabwe 15 look a lot alike.. If I want to keep one of those, which one should it be? The weight seems similar with just 0.5oz difference between the two.. What happens to the other one? Will probably sell it..

Cleaned the black and the smooth brown pairs. Applied a tiny bit of cream polish at the end and these turned out great with a nice shine.. Also anybody have some recommendations for some really good 44" flat waxed laces for the SDs?

I too just use Proraso preshave cream or some shaving oil and am happy with the shave. Granted I shave during or immediately after a shower and the hair is nice and soft.
It also cuts my shaving time to around 5 minutes

Great looking boots, but I think the price is around $1,200. Makes Wesco custom look a bargain. Wow! Nice but...... RRL currently has an engineer on sale for 599. Horse hide, made in Texas. Link to the RRL Engineers please..

Aramis Havana is a no go? I was thinking about buying it. Wanna sell yours? Yeah.. I was surprised I did not like it too.. Got it on Amazon.. might have been a fake for all I know.. I am gonna give it a few more tries.. Portland general store has some cool stuff. I have their whiskey aftershave, and that's about as scented as I get. They have Cologne strength versions too, and all their stuff is alcohol free. Someone mentioned tabac, I use the shave soap and have the aftershave balm- might try the cologne- I love the scent. Tabac seems to be very love it or hate it, though. I bought the tabac cologne after trying the shave soap. Have not been disappointed..

Here are mine..
1. Creed GIT 2. C.O. Bigelow Bay Rum (only recently discovered this and love it.. ) 3. Tabac
Tried out the Havana by Aramis due to the really good reviews online.. Having tried it twice, I don't like it at all..

Just received these today and love the fit and the construction of these. I think these at 18oz are a little too heavy for my use and would like to get the same pair in 12oz if these sell. This pair has the articulated knee, metal shank button on the front and a zipper fly. I have not washed or soaked this pair. Measurements. Waist: 33.5" (had Ciano take down the waist 0.5" from the standard 31 size) Thigh: 24" Front rise: 10" Back rise: 14.5" Knee: 8.25 Bottom opening: 7.8 Inseam: 31.5" Price: $75 net to me plus shipping.

I noticed that the 12oz duck canvas pair that I have feels heavier than a 12oz pair of jeans.. why is that? Does the density of the weave have something to do with how it feels heavier? Different weave. Yes it's cotton but it is very different. Feel, breathability, drape. Thank you..
