Good question. The LA factory will start production next week. Thursday to be exact. At full speed we will produce 8-10,000 units a month. As for back order, we are focusing on the back orders 1st. My Goal is to have have us caught up over the next 30-45 days.

Gentleman I have to go. I have to finalize these new fabrics. If you have questions Please please don't hesitate to call. If a mistake is made know I'll fix it. If we have to do a remake I'll do my best to push you through to make sure you don't have to wait any longer. This is all we can do at this time. We can keep working and finish what we started. Thank you all for your time and patience.

The question was why do we keep selling and is ones money safe buying from us. So the point is If I'm wiling to spend money on additional factories then yes you should feel comfortable knowing we are going no where. QC Issue and wait times have been address. Does that mean we will get it prefect from hear on out? No we will make mistakes and we will still be behind for a while. That being said I will fix the problem if it's brought to our attention. I don't monitor forums so If you require assistance you can call us and we will take care of it.

haha I have never seen that! dam. Well I can fix it. Who's even jeans those are reach out. Someone is getting fired tomorrow for that. I don't find that acceptable. Even Ferrari had there challenges when they 1st started. No one hits the track on thier 1st run firing on all pistons perfectly.

Sure We will not fail. I would not be spending money on more equipment and addition factories to meet demand if I though we would fail. In business you don't put good money into bad business. I don't know if anyone has priced out a new factory lately but they are not cheap let alone trying to open up two factories. I am very committed to what I do. I'm here to make great clothing. I am not going to use another factory to do that for me because they can't product at the level I find acceptable.

I answer this question already friend. expect the garment very soon. I wish it was as easy as taking a shirt to a factory and telling them to copy it so I can sell it but we take a lot of pride in our clothing. We actually make patterns and full pattern blocks for each garment we offer. That in its self takes weeks to do then we cut our own fabrics and sew everything in house. I simple can't stress enough how challenging this is but its something we believe in so we will continue to do it. I could have taken the easy way out and sent all this to another factory but then I feel like we loss all quality control.

We have been doing inventory since monday. If there is something that was shorted due to remakes or damages in the fabrics we will let know know as soon as possible. If that the cause I'm working on bring in some specials denims only for those that didnt get what they wanted the 1st time to make it worth your time and wait.

Sebastian (BisonMade) and myself are making the 24 oz denim. The looms are in tucson at the new factory. I will get some better images for you. We are running a few looms doing test weaves and it's looking good.

David the increase in production has happened over the last few weeks. We made some big changes in production to hep with moving product. We got rid of the dead weight and the team if working hard. The 60 days issue is something Authorized.net has as a policy. We don't have control over it but have submitted paperwork to remove that block for us. We are weighting on approval and once its approved refunds over 2 months will be refunded.

Honesty can't give you an exact time of delivery. I know what I'm trying to do but numbers vary from day to day. I can tell you we are currently putting out 200-300 garments a week and we are getting faster. If I tried to be more specific I would just be guessing.

The refund are do once a month. I was issuing refunds weekly but there where to may cases when they would ask for a refund then go do a credit card dispute and it would just make a mess of things. So we now have to do a checks and balance to make sure this is not the case.

Thank you, Yes I can. We are currently cutting in the 1000s. We had some equipment failures but that has be resolved. That being said the team has doubled in size at the phoenix location and we are getting much faster. Getting through all the customizations has slowed us down once those order are done things will speed up even more. I would say my biggest challenge has been finding works. I was hoping to have the California complete by now but the red tape and politics is slowing me down. I have finalized a 3rd location in Tucson. We have it fully equipped with all new machines. It will take me 30-45 to have that running at full capacity.

Thank you untucked. The challenges of producing ones own clothing is far greater then out sourcing. We will work it out and we will get production under 30 days. That's my goal and I will not stop till we get there. Your patience and support is great appreciated this will be our toughest year but we will only get better and faster.

Hi Untucked. Busy as hell but we are not stopping till we get the order all out. The good new is production will speed up dramatically. I have brought in new equipment to help with production and finalizing the details on a 3rd factory. The Cali factory is killing me with red tape.
