Thanks for coming on tonite Roman. As you can tell (or have known). Denim can and is a very personal wear item. How are you holding up and your staff? It seems like your gearing up for a lot of orders. Do you think you'll be able to sustain the demand for your product and keep these new shops open?

Seems like many ready-to-wear orders have had shipping tag made but have been sitting for over a week. Will give feedback on mine whenever I get them.

I basically just wear my jeans with the upside down patch and a good story. The twill/chambray shirt will be a yard workshirt for the fall. It is a good Story! Since your such a sport. Reach out and I'll give you $150.00 in credit. Let me show you we have improved. Provide an order number and I'll add the credit. Will do. Thank you much. Looking forward to the new items being back up and running.

so essentially paying for a custom pattern is worthless as custom will no longer be available, am I understanding that correctly?

I'm very glad that Roman agreed to come back to do a limited Q and A with the board. Everything he said was positive.
However, he's blown sunshine up our rears many times in the past. I have no trust in him or LD right now. I'm not attacking them, but they will get no more money (aside from my foolishly spent November money) until they actually do what Roman says they are going to do. In fact, they may never get any more money from me even if they do deliver as they promised this time.
If they completely revamp their customer support style and prove that they respect and value their customers (not just the bikers that show up in the shop), then I may re-evaluate.

wholeheartedly agree with ya, doctorcowboy. gotta prove they can deliver at this point and they won't be doing that with my money. hell, i've got two pairs of jeans sitting on the floor that are too big for me because they didn't record my size change via email (months before production). i'd send them back for replacing but even that seems like it'd turn into more of a nightmare than it'd be worth.

That 45-day period for them clear all remaining custom orders is now a yardstick they have to meet if anyone is going to take their word at face value from here on out. Time will tell, I guess...

Time will tell, I guess... 45 days? If Roman said 45 days, you have to give it at least 60 days, if not 90 days. He's very optimistic with his projections, to a fault. I'm really also interested in who did the number crunching for them to arrive at the figure they stated, and since the RTWs came in less than that value, does that mean he lost a ton of money?

Once LA is up and running I will be closing down the Tucson and Phx Factories. Doesn't make sense to keep these. They put out a great product but way to slow. I can not find enough skilled people to sew in this desert.

I will have 85-90% of back orders out in the next 45 days. At least that is my goal. I will push as hard as I can to get this down. I have owned many business and I must say this is the hardest one to get up and running. I can see why some many brands out source there work. The manufacturing is a killer but I'm committed to it.

You need to send those back to me and I'll personally walk those through and get them back to you ASAP. If not send them in for a refund.

Roman, can you help with sizing? I have 2 32 waist RTW orders pending. My true waist is a 33.25. My Gustin size is a 32 or 33 slim. Laid flat, my jeans measure 16.5-16.75. I followed your instructions on measuring, which led me to a 32, but I just feel these would be too small. Agree?

If you measured your waist and its a 32 then your good.

This is strictly production. Give me some time and I will open the doors to the public. I'm just not sure people will want to come this part of LA to visit. It's a little rough!

I'm going to give roman a second chance seems to be a no brainer at this point to give it another go. Once the site is able to take orders again of course.
