Hi all
Edit I mistakenly put 7pm Central but is actually 8pm Central. Roman from Lawless is going to do a Q&A at 6 p.m. Mountain 8pm Central time tonight Sunday May 31. He will try to be on about an hour. Feel free to ask questions once if he is in the forum. Please do NOT ask questions about individual orders. Where is my order? Why is my order not done? etc
Let's all be gentleman and respectful.
Thanks your Mods

I don't know my times zones very well I guess. Arizona doesn't change for Daylight Savings so my research gave me a wrong time.

Honestly timezones can be confusing as hell. My job has me doing business in no less than 8 different time zones. And then you throw daylight savings on top of it, and it's a royal pain in the ass!!!

First question, if I may. Super jazzed to hear about the LA factory coming online! Congrats! But there is some confusion about the timeframe based on Instagram comments. Is the goal to have the LA factory cleaning out the custom order backlog over the next 30-45 days? Or will it be 30-45 days before the LA factory is up and running?

Hi Roman Weekends are historically our slowest times for members online so hard to say how many will be around. Also short notice and all. Being that thanks for dropping in.
Are there any new developments at Lawless? The big question that I know will apply to many is how can members contact someone to get their orders done or at least communicated on?

Good question. The LA factory will start production next week. Thursday to be exact. At full speed we will produce 8-10,000 units a month. As for back order, we are focusing on the back orders 1st. My Goal is to have have us caught up over the next 30-45 days.

Hi Roman, When do you expect the next line of RTWs (in odd sizes) to launch? Thanks.

Once you are caught up, will your business model be purely be RTW? I think it will be super cool to be able to buy American made RTW from amesome demin fabrics at a great price at any time.

We are moving to a RTW. The custom kicked our ass. Once we are up to speed. Our Jeans will be $55.00 pair. I have 23 oz that will become available next month. I'm working to get this made for you guys around $125.00 a pair. Shirt, Chino, and jacket I'm still working on. We will release a new design every thursday. It will be available the same day. This will be our price point. Cool denims at a fair price.

Which jeans are you wearing these days? Have you been able to put a lot of time into one pair and get some great fades? Which denim is it?

I'm into my 16.5 oz cone but now that it is warming up here in AZ I'm switching to some 12 oz Rainbow selvedge I've been working on for 2 years. What are you wearing these days?

romanThe biggest obstacle to me for Lawless seems to be the disgruntled customers who either never received items and got a refund or are still waiting for their items or refund. Is there any way a dedicated person could be put in place to reach out to these people and take care of them? As we know a happy customer might tell a couple people about their experience but a disgruntled customer spreads the word like wildfire.

Roman, I've been watching Lawless since the November sales. While I love the price point as a consumer, I'm worried that the 50% sales devalue the brand and jeopardizes the sustainability of your business. Do you have anything to say on this subject?

We have added more customer service reps to the team and they have started going through the orders and reaching out trying to assist where ever they can.
