I've had some encounters with USPS in Phoenix and what I've found is that if you escalate the issue - do everything you can to contact the shipper (you have) and speak with folks at the post office (assume you have), that if you go online on usps.com and report the issue - that the item *magically* turns up in the USPS facility. From my experience with a couple of items here in AZ, I had to escalate the issue for someone to contact the post office manager and tell them to stop dicking around and find my package. All of them were delivered after being the squeaky wheel. I will be making a trip to the post office to ship some stuff, so I'll definitely take your advice and elevate this. I was none too pleased when Ren said he will make sure I'm taken care of by getting me "a replacement or store credit." It's like, dude, you're talking to me. No one has dealt with Gustin CS more than I have, without actually touching foot in G's office. I'm not settling for store credit or any pack of shirts as a replacement. I want my shirts or I want a full refund. Yeah, Lord G needs to step up their game.

In other news, San Francisco postal employees are looking fly in y'alls clothes.

I did get a call this morning from USPS. They never received the package was the message. So TS printed a label, never delivered a box to USPS. Hard to tell because so many times with Gustin and PS the tracking says "Preshipment" then it shows up at home.

TS has been having some sort of logistics/shipping issue for the last few months. i've had to contact them multiple times for packages that have said 'shipped' but never actually left the building. the explanation they gave me is basically when items are queued up and flagged to ship a certain number of the labels aren't printing. so the system shows them as being shipped (and notifications go out), but nothing goes out the door due to no label having printed. if i see a package sitting there with no movement i've been shooting them an email after a few days to check status. good luck.

Thanks. That makes sense I guess. Thing that pisses me off is I was literally like one of the first few backers of this shirt so of course I get bumped. And it's one of the few things I want from them right now and they sold through their run already.

The Venice dress in natural and indigo jacquard would make a decent Jack shirt, but knowing them, they'd make it in a popover. Yeah, agree on the pass.

Giant pass on the new stuff. I'd have to think aloha popovers are an acquired taste. Don't imagine these flying off the proverbial shelves...but I'm often surprised by what others may or may not like.

Well instead of a pass I'd like to punt.
The word popover makes my butt itch.

Nothing to see here, I can't get behind a TS OCBD [with discount] for the same price as a Ratio shirt.

Ratio is good and all, but I don't think they have all the fabrics to work with. Plus I'm terrible when given any options, like any at all.

Ratio really needs to up their fabric catalog. Proper Cloth has a much better selection and (look away devastitis) better customization options, but of course isn't MiUSA.

This fabric seems to be about the same as my budget, extra-thick JCrew Factory OCBD.

This fabric seems to be about the same as my budget, extra-thick JCrew Factory OCBD. I stay away from the factory stuff and have never had a TS OCBD. But I will say that G's OC seems slightly better than JC**W OC, but I like the fit of JC**W a little better and they def. have better colors, and well price for MiC is of course cheaper though I think most of my JC OC's are made in Maurutitis (sp) wherever that is. These TS colors are super meh. More shades of gray and now off white. FFS, it's Spring, how about a little color?

I'm talking about this one, which is at least 2x as thick as the standard OCBD @ JCrew. I seriously love this shirt and have worn it once/week all winter and spring: selvedgestyle.com/post/69377/thread
