Gotcha - and it's possible that the TS shirts run a little larger on me than RRL but i need the additional size for my spare tire.

Also, not all TS shirts are created equal. Some sew up smaller/larger than others.

My pit to pit on my actual chest is exactly 22". I wear a 42 in TS. The sanded mechanic, work chambray, and oxfords in 42 are a little loose. The Cone chambray and jacquard and olive twill highland are perfect in 42. Different TS shirts sew up differently, unfortunately.

there's also the waist to consider. if i were to go by P2P, i'd be in a 42 but me likes me some twinkies.

With RRL shirts I typically go for Larges which are to small but many RRL XL are way to big. I had this western from them that was an XL with a 25 PTP WTF! I tend to like my shirts smaller than big. Of course that doesn't always work out so i just stay away .
I am going to go with the XL since the waist looks good but mostly because the length isnt the ridiculous 32 inches some other brands give with XL's.

At first, when I saw the photo of the denim jacket, I was interested because of the contrast collar, but then I saw the front of it... Ick.

I like the shade of the Iron Rangers.
I don't like having to pay full price for the shirts. I would have considered the steel blue shirt if I could use a 20% coupon with it.

I like the iron rangers. The denim coat is wicked high priced and reminds me of something my dad would wear...if my dad was an old Texas rancher.

This seems to be yet another TS offshoot, like Good Acre. This one being a collab between Stock Mfg., Ball and Buck and Red Wing. This redirects to a whole new website, and they are branding it as "American Highway." Like it's its own new thing. I went to Stock Mfg., and those are some goofy clothes. Not a fan. Went to Ball and Buck, and I had NO CLUE that "hipster hunting" was even a thing. But there it is. Some nice looking items, but overpriced as all hell. That said, I'll say a big me either. It's a serious misstep, I think. It's weird. And weirdly-designed. How are dopey branded t-shirts, soft "drapey" oxford cloth pants and sub 5 oz. shirts "highway?" And there are similar 70s-esque denim jackets in nearly every Goodwill on planet Earth right as I type this. The Iron Rangers are nice though. I like a waxed rough out. But it's just another IR variant.

me neither. I can appreciate TS wanting to get their tentacles into whatever business opportunities come their way but this just smacks of cheap opportunism (like the Target collab they did). if I wanted a shotgun shirt i'd buy it from Filson

I think the chinos look good, and Iron Rangers are pretty much infallible for what they are, but I don't think I understand what it has to do with Taylor Stitch.

I wont buy anything from the current AHC releases BUT I love where they are going with this. It allows them to be whatever they want without taking TS to a place that would change our perception of them. Ralph Lauren does it the best but on a much larger scale with Polo Sport, RRL and their Dept store stuff like Denim Supply. TS can offer cheaper alternatives or higher priced stuff as well as totally different styles with this method

The Moto Boots are currently at a whopping 930% funded, and the Moto Jacket is at an astounding 1730% funded.

I'm guessing it was a low number, but even if the low number was something ridiculously small, they are now on the hook for far far more than they clearly anticipated. I figured it was 10 or 20 of each @ 100%. So 100/200 pairs of boots (1000%), and 186/372 jackets (1860%), which is a good number. But if they had a set number they could make, due to limited fabric or whatever, I'm sure they would have set a cap. Otherwise, that'd be some poor management, and would lead to a ton of pissed off customers.

Backed the jacket. Ironically I think I backed it after the funding was over but since it was still in my cart it went.
Hope it works out. I love the 3.5mm thickness of the leather and the color is killer.
