Thanks @stevekas. I am itching to get a pair of PBJs, but they just aren't restocking the ones I want. Really want the Purple Face or Indigo x Cobalt and hope for that in stock email to show up everyday from Denimio. The fades on your PBJs make me even more impatient.

OriJeans 16.7oz cone mills. Wearing 5-6 days a week since November. No soak or wash thus far. Hard to get the effect of the back of the knee area (I'm not good a backside selfies) but I'm really excited to see how these turn out with a soak/wash or two. These are stupid great jeans, made to measure rocks. Not sure if these guys are still around after their kickstarter campaign, but these are my fav of my two pairs of jeans. I'm not a collector like some of you guys

If you notice the first/second pictures, there is a French Bulldog head looking out the window, it's one of his squeeky toys. Rare occasion for my wife and I to take any pictures without dogs/toys in the shot.

Cross-posted from the Beasts thread by request. I've been wearing these beasts as my primary jeans for the last year. I'm guessing I have about 150 wears on them. From the start I was committed to wearing them for a full year without washing them. They don't even have a preliminary soak. I have a desk job, but I do ride my motorcycle to work every day. I've also worn these while working on my bike and on several long, urban hikes. Here is what they looked like after a year of wear and no washes. You can see some great creasing, some white weft showing through, but a ton of dirt hiding that beautiful white contrast. So here is the surprise I have for you guys.... the mythical, infamous ocean wash!!! I was on vaca on Martha's Vineyard last week and have been planning for this ocean wash since the day I booked the trip. I brought up ocean washing back in the spring and caught some lip for it. That just amused the shit out of me and made me want to do it more!!! So here it goes... right into the North Atlantic! There is a lot of concern over anything washed in sea water coming out smelling like death. I did not let them dry outside covered in sea water. I immediately went back to the cottage and rinsed them off in the outside shower. Then I put them in the tub with warm water and Tide (no pun intended.) Last I set them out to dry. The results were amazing!!! Now, honestly, I don't think that the ocean wash gave me any special fades. The fades below are from wearing them for a year and loosening up the indigo that washed out revealing the beautiful white weft. I would probably have the same results if I just washed them in the tub. But I had fun doing the ocean wash and I'm having fun sharing the results with you brahs.
