Denim Doctor tapered the selvedge seam? Those fools. Rail car would not have done that. I assumed they'd modify the inside leg seam not the outside seam. Don't get me wrong on this topic. It's always better to get the model that fits right. I was just comparing the possibility of modding because the IH UK markup is so high, you can modify a pair from Japan and it can still be cheaper. I have an IH pair that needs tapering and I'll probably just sell them to get a different brand like Oni 22 or Ciano 23 oz. It's too bad Gustin gave up on 23 oz. The model #118 is excellent. can vouch that railcar won't touch the selvedge inseam either. (if u ask that is) I had a pair of huge leg openings on some momotaros 0201. They tapered the thighs knee & leg openings. Did a great job & kept my peach thread original also which now I wish they didn't lol. kinda fruity since looks pink. alterations can be pricey makes me want to go buy a union special myself and do it cheaper.

they are in @ denimio now the 546zr & 506zr I asked denimio what are the difference in fits between the 506zr & the 546zr since they are both labeled as tight straight fit. here is the info that was passed along to me. ONI-506ZR This model has been produced based on the previous 507ZR model but the thigh and knee have been made smaller by 3mm while the hem has been made smaller by 5mm. So, it becomes much tighter with stronger tapered cut. Although the silhouette is almost same as the 517 but with the adoption of secret denim, shrinkage becomes a little bigger. Although it depends on how it is washed and dried, compared to the 517 model it has been reduced by about half an inch. ONI-546ZR! The silhouette is tight straight same with ONI-546 (22oz natural indigo tight straight) but the denim being used is the 20 oz secret denim. As for the ONI-546, it has aimed the comfortabilty of the popular ONI-527ZR but with the pattern being modified. Specifically, front rise has been lowered by about 1 cm while the back rise has been made deeper by about 1 cm to adjust the balance. Compared to theONI-527ZR model it has been made bigger by about half an inch.

Do you know if the rodeo bro is one waSh? For the 288 secret denim? says one wash in the ad @ rodeo bros. for the 288 which btw is not the same fit as the 527. 288 is regular straight 527 is tight straight fit. so are 546 &506zr tight straight fit.

The denimo size chart looks good Trust BiG over Denimio or Rakuten. bIG doesn't have a fit guide for the 288.

Trust BiG over Denimio or Rakuten. bIG doesn't have a fit guide for the 288. Oni is so goofy with their numbers, but 288 = 527 = 575, so go look at BiG's 527 or 575 fits. There's not much taper, but my 575's are comfy. I will try a 517 / 546 fit soon.

Yeah, Rodeo Bros sometimes says which fit they're equivalent to, but they don't seem to list it for the 288.

brentkuz, I'd say if you love those IH-633-21s I sold you, you're most likely a 288 kinda feller. Oni 288 vs. IH 633: Waist - 36.2 v. 36.5 Front Rise - 11.8 v. 11.7 Thigh - 13.4 v. 13.3 Hem - 8.7 v. 8.3 (bullshit. lol.)
