Last call update. Railroad stripes for $62 and Oxfords for $49 Heh, I was on my way here to alert everyone myself. Ginghams for $62 as well. I know we have some big dudes among the members here. If you're one of them and you don't have the Glacier Shirt yet, do yourself a favor and jump all over that mofo. It's absolute highway robbery at that price. Easily my favorite shirt at the moment.

I'm eyeing up those same two shirts. Now just trying to decide between 42 and 44 for sizing. Already got the blue RR stripe shirt a couple months ago. It's no Glacier Shirt, but it's pretty nice. I think you'll be happy with those, phait.

Picked up the Ash Brushed Twill Jack yesterday. Looks nice and soft and I don't have any shirts that color.

Trying to keep cross-chatter down... Dirty_Denim: I wrote a comparison of the TS Railroad Stripe vs my Gustin Japan HS1 Workshirt if you're curious (over in the Gustin Work Shirt thread). Being the Iron Heart sort, I'll warn you to beware of patterns, since they exhibit a lot of the same . Last Call is a great way to verify size before spending a fortune, though, so keep an eye out for something you like in your size. They run a bit larger than Gustin, at least as far as shirts (don't have any TS pants).

exophobe I like what they do as a whole which is so attractive to me. I feel like they have a bit of the G model and style and may do it better. They seem to get it and lets be honest their price point is in line with Gustins but just not comparable to where G has better fabrics. Of course I see value in both

The workshop is about two months old, but I think its a great model for them, especially if they're keeping with the apparent quick turnaround. Once the aqua jack or whatever shows up (should be Monday according to USPS) I'll start to get a better idea of their consistency in both fabric choice and sizing, but ickes loves them, and with their workshop model, I find I'm in a position to better afford them now. They do have a strong reverence for the craft of fabric, which I like, and their sew-shop seems to do it justice (though I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Gustin -- non-WS -- and TS shirts come out of the same place).

I was looking at the blue RR when it first launched, but didn't like it as much for $145. Never had the opportunity to make it to last call on those, and I don't care for red shirts. Actually my first TS purchase was a 10oz. indigo utility shirt on last call, and it is outstanding. I really couldn't believe they didn't sell out, before making it to last call. Have since purchased a couple more shirts from them, and am a fan.

Got my first order in. Yosemite crowd funded. Shipped much earlier than expected since they started production early.
Ordered a navy blue 40 but received the rust one in 40 I changed my order a while back but mat have never been fixed. Oh well.
Measurement was only 19.5" at the stomach which is an inch short which screws me and a bit tight in the shoulder too. Gotta step up for a 42" which stinks since sleeves are perfect right now. Oh well sending an email to customer service now.
Yosemite chamois fabric is amazing. Construction is flaw less and buttons are spankin.

That's disconcerting. I had though TS was supposed to be consistently well cut I hope mine come in all right. Regardless, their new striped oxfords are in the workshop and they look fairly good. I don't think I'll be picking any up but providing a PSA.

Just more slim in the stomach. Little more tailored.

The aqua jack should show up tomorrow. I really like the look of the university stripe but I now have stripe-o-phobia. Straining looking at these pictures that show the back but are too small to show the yoke alignment. 6oz Oxford Cloth looks great though, and that's heavier than the Gustin OCBD. WHY CAN'T I TELL IF IT'S PROPERLY ALIGNED?!
I like the green one.

Come on TS, it's damn near winter time...start dropping some cold weather items like, I don't know..that kick ass CPO you dropped last year, some heavy(ish) flannels, etc.

ickes there should be a new drop in the morning, and they already did the Yosemite... Did you end up getting another one of those? Also, they showed a Maritime Shirt Jacket on Instagram 5 days ago saying it's coming soon, so you can always get in on that here in the next week or so.

Scrolled down, they're saying early December on that one. But it looks to be the CPO all the Gustin CPO haters want. If they do it in that same Ash color as the vest I don't think I'll be able to resist.

exophobe, yeah I think the new drop for the morning is going to be the stripe Oxford jacks, isn't it? They drop their new releases Tuesday night but send out the email Wednesday morning. Yeah you're right, they have released several long sleeve heavy-ish shirts already but I'm just being demanding as I want to see more!..lol.. No, I held off on a Yosemite this year because I finally picked up an IH flannel.

exophobe, that Maritime shirt jacket is the CPO I'm talking about!! Effin sweet man, thanks for the info! They said earlier this year they wouldn't be bringing it back so this is exciting. If you want it jump on it quick, they sold out pretty fast last year.

If you want it jump on it quick, they sold out pretty fast last year. With any luck they do it in the workshop. But I think they've been dropping workshop on Tuesdays, and then their regular shop drops on Wednesdays, though some weeks it's just the workshop, I think. This week might just be that indigo store that's popped up. For example, last week they put the vest in the workshop, and the brushed twill jack shirts in the store.

Really happy with my purchases, I got an ash twill, blue & red railroad stripe, and aqua Oxford and I'm happy with the consistently great fit. I don't know if I can manage to fit the CPO into my budget, here's hoping I get called in for overtime!

Spoke with TS rep Mina. She sent me a free return label, put a size 42 for me.
I decided to stay with rust instead of swaping to blue. Rust Kinda grew on me and I have a lot of blue already.

Received my size 42 in rust as a replacement. Fits amazing. Can't ask for anything more this is a great shirt. Return was simple. Free return shipping (TS provided a label) and free shipping. I would assume this was becuase they sent me the wrong size to begin with.

taylorstitch.com/20% off entire store. Go to the last call, some good deals there if in your size. Go for the RailRoad stripe shirt, very well made nice fabric. Nice shirt if your not sure about the whole workwear shirt thing. Think it only comes in red but should only cost $50 (I paid $140 and very happy with it)
