Anyone have a rover jacket? I don't think mine was waxed properly. Doesn't seem to be quite so waterproof. Should water bead on it? My arms have felt wet in heavy rains.

I saw and tried on the rover this weekend and don't think it would survive against heavy rain...sprinkles yes pouring not so much.

Sounds like a piss pour waxing job to me. I can wear my Filson Cruiser in wet weather for quite a while in heavy rain before it will seap, but I'm probably comparing apples to oranges. I suggest that you get some wax, and redo it yourself.

That quick? the fabric is only 7oz too, so it's incredibly thin and more likely to get you wet. probably ideal when it's sprinkling out but definitely not waterproof.

It's factory-impregnated Martexin waxed canvas. So it's not the wax. That's OG cloth waterproofing dressing right there. It's a matter of the thin ass fabric.

Looks like TS is asking it's cutomers to help pick out Fabrics. Stupid link wont work for me either. The guy on SF that wants more of the women's fabrics should be thrilled. Personally I think I'd look fabulous in a indigo kimono. :-)

Dead link here too. I think a pair of the Rancourt captoes should be fair for our suffering.

Not too big of a fan of the Yosemite choices. The lighter blue, not turquoise, was my choice, but wish they would go with non-white buttons.

Don't like any of them. That turquoise one is an atrocity.

I was underwhelmed by the survey. I thought it would contain more "prototypes or ideas" instead of different colors. They could have easily posted the color swatches on IG and let folks chiming (like G). Was hoping for more questions about "what do you think of this design?" or more variations of the camp/tactical pant or other unique gear.

I can't get the link to work either. They sent a new email with a working link. I was hoping to see the rust, but it was not to be.

I wouldn't wear that inside the house because I don't wear robes, and I sure as hell don't wear kimono tops. I probably would have considered a workshirt in that sashiko, though.

I will not provide them with my demographic information voluntarily. That being said, the first light blue one was my favorite. I have stayed away from those as I think they look too tight in the pics and a shirt like that should accommodate a T easily and look good unbuttoned.
