Anyone ever had trouble returning workshop items? I just tried to return my rover jacket and the website won't let me. Waiting to hear from Mina. They should. I have. |

The olive camp pant and the navy & ash colored chinos went for sale with out an email alert. This is what I noticed before, no email alerting to certain limited editions nor "new color" essentials going live. I'm going to ask TS customer service for their suggestion to not get left out of the loop (randomly scouring their site looking for new items cant be the only answer I get the updates, must have missed it. I sent them an email...I'm hoping there wasn't some mixup with the order, they are now out of my size. I need my Green Jeans, dammit. I got the Motto release email at 3am with the 10% off coupon like on occasion in the past (with the task jacket for example), but I never received the one for the pants this past weekend (not in spam etc) nor one a few weeks back, so it seems I'm getting less than their full alotment of emails. I'll bring it up with c.s. when I have their ear, cause I'm having trouble getting a return (rma type thing?) generated--don't seem to be the only one (maybe they're growing faster than they can handle?) |

Took the baby poop out for it's maiden voyage along with some G Italy IndigoxCoal's.
Getting used to it, but def looking forward to getting it broken in and washed another time or two to mute it a bit.

I've been wearing both of my Mechanic's shirts a lot (black and moss) - it's a perfect extra layer for winter (spring) in Phoenix, and it dresses up well for the office. I've got my black one on paired with G grey silks today. I did a cold wash on mine over the weekend and I didn't notice much changing of color and no shrink with the initial cold wash/hang dry. Still a perfect fit. |

I debated that color, and thought about baby poop for about a minute but decided that color isn't for me. |
